Chris was my loan officer. I could not have met a better Gentleman. He was very professional and quick but took the time to explain everything very well and in detail. He honestly took the edge off because I was a little skeptical about the whole process. Everything went Great however the bottom line is to pay the loan back as fast as possible to avoid paying alot of high interest. Period. I will definitely recommend this company. Nothing but crooks, charged me over $200 in late fees claiming my payments were late.I mailed my payments at least 5 days in advance and it normally takes 2 days to get to Glen Burnie.They used the pandemic to rip people off and I'm sure I wasn't the only one this happened to. Make this place your last resort because they are unprofessional and thieves......
