After waiting 4 days without AC and taking a half day off work they called and let me know, 20 minutes after they should have been there, that they were no longer coming out and I would have to reschedule. While they had a good excuse, they had no solution as to how to make this right, ie, have their tech work late or find a time when I wouldn't have to take work off again. Apparently their schedule is much more important than their customers.

We have used Fix and Finish a few times now and have never been disappointed. We originally used them because they were one of very very few companies that work on radiant heat, but we keep going back because of their excellent service, experience and knowledge.
Matt has been our lifesaver, as he always instinctively knows what's wrong and how to get it fixed quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively. We have never encountered a situation yet that has stumped him.
Fix & Finish is definitely our go-to, we would never use anyone else.

I had a garbage disposal problem and found this company on Yelp. They seemed to be a little smaller than the other companies I found on Google and the person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. It was not same-day service that I think maybe some of the largest companies might have been able to do, but they were friendly, professional, courteous, and did the job well. They can do same day, but they were already booked the day I called. I would confidently recommend this company to someone needing a repair job done at their house. The work on our disposal they guarantee for a year
