Rented a car with my gold status with Hertz after my car had been vandalized in San Jose and my Catalytic Converter sawn off and stolen. Had to rent a car and get home. Chose Hertz because im a gold member and love their service.
Was told by the agent to return the car to Tripps as they are the Hertz in GV. Woman at the counter was very rude and tried to turn me away saying 'we do not accept drop offs'. I demanded she call Hertz to help(which she did not offer or accommodate me to try) and when she did they easily accepted the drop off.

Deer crashed into the side of our Camry; both front and back doors had to be replaced. They had the estimate to our insurance company the next day. Very busy auto repair shop, but were able to have the doors replaced in a timely manner. Their work was flawless, great job, professional and easy to work with staff. Very pleased with the end result.

Tripps Auto Body does a good job, but I feel let down because I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car. I brought mine in on the 9th of January. I was told they would have it for 10 days which i thought was a long time anyway. I got a call about a week later saying that it was going to take close to another week because there was more damage than noted; so I said ok. I call the middle of the following week because still had not heard anything and get told its still not finished, so this was on Wednesday and I explain to them that I have a rental car that i am paying for out of pocket and this

If you need a great auto body repair shop, visit Tripp's Auto Body in Grass Valley, CA. The staff there is amazing! They are courteous, kind, efficient and communicate well. I just picked up my 2014 Chevy Camaro convertible and it looks brand spanking new after getting rear ended from a pretty hard impact. I highly recommend this business. Top notch! I bought a brand new 2017 Acura MDX and 10 minutes after driving it off the lot I was hit by another motorist. I live in Rocklin but couldn't imagine taking my vehicle any where else, so I drove it up to GV the next day.
They did an amazing job! You can't even tell that the front bumper & fender were replaced and the passenger door was repainted. Flawless! The entire Tripp family are incredibly nice people and great to work with, they made a painful situation easier to deal with. I without a doubt recommend their services to anyone.
