Our truck had been rear ended with substantial damage. They were able to take our vehicle in within 24 hours and a visual estimate was done at drop off. Parts were ordered and received within the next 24 hours and we were kept updated every day with a personal phone call. They fixed all the damage, replaced parts, painted and detailed within one week. By far the fastest and best work we’ve ever had done to any vehicle. I would highly recommend this company.

Took my 2014 Lexus IS250 here to get the bumper reattached (it was hanging a bit) and painted to get it ready to sell. They detailed the car as well and this thing looks like it just left the factory. Very happy with the quality of work and the quick turnaround time. I hope I don’t need more work done but if I do I know where I am going.

In a single word AWSOME! They took a nearly totaled vehicle and made it brand new again. To be honest - better than brand new. Even with the difficulties finding parts - my truck was finished when promised! The paint is matched perfectly and gaps are perfect! Best customer service and great updates that I didn’t have to chase down. They even handled the insurance company for me! I highly recommend Eddie’s shop for your auto body needs! I can say my truck looks better than it did when it was new. You would never guess it has almost 100,000 miles in it after they finished it!

Abby went out of her way to make this ordeal as easy as possible. She arranged the work to be done in a way that I would be without my car for a few hours vs a few days. Justin, the painter, even touched up areas that were rusting which were not included in the estimate.
They’re a great family business and I highly recommend them!!

I went in to Eddie's after seeing the high reviews. Originally went in to see about getting my car detailed and having a dent removed but Eddie spotted some rock chips on the hood, windshield, and roof of my car. We decided to repair those as well because it would be covered under my insurance. Had some trouble with insurance people but finally got that sorted out after they spent a lot of time dealing with them. Was concerned because the paint on my car has sparkle to it. Well, it came out beautifully, and with detailing inside as well it looks brand new!! Nice staff to work with. Would recommend

These people are great! If I could, I’d give them a 5+ rating. Not only are they reasonable, fair and efficient, they’re honest. They went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. My car's driver side trim was ready to fall off and it was not going to be covered by insurance so I stopped by Eddies' as I had read there was a new owner who had taken over during the summer of 2019. The front desk folks were so friendly and then Eddie took a look and gave me a fair price for the work and today I had it fixed. There were no unexpected surprises and the car looks great - so happy to have this business in downtown Lincoln.
