We paid Raj to replace our pool pump to Pentair's Intelliflo. He had difficulty connecting the pump with our Pentair control panel. Basically the job was not done. After many calling and texting, he finally came back and tried what he learnt from his friend. However that made the matter worse and in the end he shorted my control system right before my family pool party. He has since not returned my calls and texts.
Not only we are not able to use the heater and spa, we now have to shell out $3000 plus to replace the system he broke. We planned to file a complaint to the licensing board.
