These days due to Covid-19 and short to supply finding a responsible contractor is a major task, additionally doing the project on time a rare and uncommon, however, Roxy Glass Company and it's employees showed up on exact time, were prepared and explained the process of their job, they worked without making any mess or mistakes and finished their job on time. Roxy Glass Company is....... A Glass Class Act!!! Whomever you talk to, get a quote, have them do repair, have a new project or replace glass they are always there to accommodate you. I have had Roxy glass do all my glass projects in the last five years. Quick turnaround and very professional & friendly. Roxy Glass is great customer support with the office & scheduling staff. What's really super is that they have an option for fabrication locally and you don't have to wait 3-6 months for the product which is probably sitting offshore. The most time I've waited for product

I had them came over two separate times in last 3 years, the window seal broke and moisture git between the glass. Great experience, one time the worker broke the heavy glass when moving it to my home, good thing no one was hurt. They cleaned up right away, though not perfect since some are in very small pieces.
They also came back after I told them the seal of the window frame came off.
The windows are still fine after 3 years, time to do my review.

This is a long overdue review for Bryan ! Bryan's team helped us to install the glass fence in our backyard . Roxy glass was able to offer fair and cost effective among all the glass companies . Even though there was a small issue during the construction, Bryan is very patient and resolved the issue . Highly recommended

I called for an estimate and the representative gave me the approx estimate on the phone.
I made an appointment and they showed up little earlier than appointment, the installer called ahead and asked if it is ok to be there early.
The job was done quickly without any mess, he cleaned after finishing the job, asked me to check and verify.
All was good and final price was as they mentioned. It was very easy to do business with them.
I do recommend them for sure, easy to communicate.

Yeah...don't go with this place. The window installation was alright (not anything great but ok). The service was horrible. Embarrassing even. 1. Both of our appointments, they showed up two hours early. We were not at home and not prepared for them yet. 2. The man installing the glass dropped our broken window that he had uninstalled on the way to his car. He did not clean up the glass and left it everywhere in a residential neighborhood where kids play and people are driving all the time. 3. When we called to complain, we were told that "most people appreciate when they come early"

Roxy glass recently replaced all our double pane windows and sliding door within a day. Not only were their employees extremely polite, clean and professional, they were priced correctly! The spare bedroom window needed a glass replacement. Roxy Glass had great reviews, and were local, so they were the first call made. The entire experience went incredibly smooth: Measurements, ordering the glass, installation.
I'd like to give Robert, the one who installed the glass, high praise for his expedient and quality work. He was on time, professional, and did the job perfectly! I'm very happy with Roxy Glass Company, and will use them again in the future.

I was in need of replacing my broken glass patio sliding door. I called many different places and they all gave me super high prices. Everyone was giving me 400 to up to 800. I gave them a call and not only were they polite and friendly but they were at my place taking measurements in about an hour. They are charging me 295 for everything. I am still waiting on them installing it but so far so good!
So they came and they did a fantastic job. The worker was Miguel L. and his partner. Very humble and quick guys. In less than 45 minutes they got the job done. If you guys ever need something glass
