I called around to get my wedding band fixed and was greeted by Jody. I arrived to the store a short while later and was impressed by how friendly and professional Jody was! She spent almost an hour with me going over repair options and helping select a new wedding band to wear on a daily basis. The turn over time for my wedding band repair was quoted at two weeks which was much quicker then the 4 weeks I was told by another near by store. I highly recommend Boyson Jewelry!

My husband and I recently had our 1-year anniversary and I wanted to take the time to share what a great experience we had with Boyson Jewelry. My husband worked with them to design the perfect ring. They listened to his vision and made it a reality. They were very straight forward in the purchasing process, without giving him the run-around or proposing condition-specific discounts. They made the every step of the transaction feel comfortable and were upfront about any costs/concerns.

This review is a LONG time coming. I went in to get an engagement ring without any prior experience. From the very first second I stepped into the store, I felt comfortable. This was the first time I had ever looked at engagement rings, or any jewelry. Jody took an immense amount of her time to give me a crash course on all things diamond/engagement ring. She did all of this, without pushing for a sale or expecting me to buy on the spot. I can't say enough about the time she took, and not brush off someone who may not be a potential buyer. This gave me the confidence I needed to intelligently shop

My significant other and I came here looking for a morganite ring, though the lady checked her inventory, she did not have any in stock. We needed it by a certain time frame, so we could not finalize a sale. However, she was extremely helpful and very welcoming. The prices were actually decent and much better than ginsberg across the parking lot. We experienced none of the rudeness or coldness we had experienced at Ginsberg, and the lady was genuinely wanting to help us. If we have any future jewelry needs, we would be happy to come to Boyson, as the customer service is excellent here.

Mr. Boyson displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition. He is definitely a local business owner that I’ll do business with again. In addition to their excellent selection, I was very pleased with a custom anniversary ring design he assisted in creating. He is also a very dependable; during each phase I received frequent communication. His good judgment and professionalism ensure a smooth transaction. The cost was fair and did not change based on several extenuating circumstances.
