I went to Herteen & Stocker to get an engagement ring for my fiancé. I worked with Kate and it was amazing. I recommend her to any/every one who has any jewelry need. She will literally work with whatever idea or picture you have. The best part about Kate and Herteen & Stocker is that they are very personable and will bring your idea to life, I witnessed it first hand with the engagement ring for my fiancé! Going to visit/work with Kate is something that both myself and my fiancé thoroughly enjoyed! We will both be back there with any jewelry need/want we have in the future.

After several hiccups with other jewelry places,, finding an engagement ring had started off being the most stressful part of the whole proposal process.
That was until I started working with Herteen & Stocker (Kate). They are kind, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and patient (which is probably most important for indecisive people like myself). We made sure to return for the wedding bands, and will be going back for any other jewelry needs!

We have had an amazing experience with Kate and Herteen and Stocker. They worked with us to create my custom engagement band and our wedding rings, and were so patient with us in the design process. When we had to change our wedding date due to COVID, they worked with us to get our wedding bands done in time. With our wedding being not what we originally pictured, having our wedding rings has been even more important.

Amazing selection and prices. I shopped around for a sapphire engagement ring, not a common piece, and nowhere else in the Iowa City or Coralville area had anything in comparison to their selection on hand. I was able to share my idea with Lisa who, very patiently, helped bring all the aspects of it together into one ring. The total price for the band, stone, custom fitting and hand engraving was almost half the price of just the stone at all the other places and the stone I got at Herteen & Stocker was even larger by about 50%!! I could not believe it! Best experience I have ever had at a jewelry

I recently purchased an engagement ring at Herteen & Stocker and had a great experience. I primarily worked with Kate and she did a phenomenal job of accommodating all my needs whether it was getting specific diamonds in for me to see or getting back to me in a timely manner. The entire staff is extremely friendly and did a great job educating me on the characteristics of a diamond. I would highly recommend Herteen & Stocker to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry, great customer service, and an overall stress free experience.
