At first the apartment was lovely. Then we got smoking notices on our door threatening our lease, it wasn’t us smoking it was our neighbor. Then another notice about rocks in the doors and tape on the doors, again wasn’t us, but that one got sent to the whole building, so it was a little more understandable, however scary with security. No cameras… in parking lot. My car got broken into, and my friends car got stolen. Black mold coming from our ceiling the bathroom, I sent out an email, I was told to put bleach on it. The corner that the mold was coming from eventually collapsed

I would like to start off by saying Kim and Brittany were absolutely amazing, but Matt Elliot who is with TriCity rentals was the absolute rudest individual I have ever encountered in any community. We were planning to move from Atlanta to Rochester. We applied we gave our good faith deposit had everything in order. Met the income criteria etc. Kim… and Brittany couldn’t be more welcoming and very sweet, BUT when I got the call we were denied, now mind you we have fair credit but a perfect rental history and pay almost 1700.00 where we currently live in luxury apartment homes here

Current resident of The Towers of Colonie. Have lived here 12 months, upon moving in this over priced 1 bedroom, I discovered mice droppings in the kitchen and mold and musty damp smell throught apartment -which made us sick frm the time we moved in last November until April- had to have sinus surgery due to the poor air quality. Upon reluctantly signing another lease for the year, I began seeing cockaroaches!!!!!! I clean my home daily and the office emails to me were insinuating that I had somehow caused this problem! Even th pest control company came and said this property cheaps out, no longer

Great, affordable, clean, quiet apartments at Sheridan Village. All of the staff are wonderful and are very responsive to any questions or concerns. If you’re looking for a nice apartment that’s only minutes from downtown, but don’t want to spend $1,200+ for a newer “luxury” apartment, Sheridan Village is a wonderful option.

I’ve been living here for 7 months, and last month the refrigerator died. I called the property manager at 9 am and explained what happened. They told me a new one would be brought over that day. I told then they could throw away everything in the fridge since it was spoiled except the insulin.
When I got home, the fridge was in place, all of the bottles of wine placed neatly on the top again, and all of my magnets and photos cutely rearranged. It was incredibly nice of them and this was done in record time! This complex is so kind and fast with repairs!

Sheridan Village is great. Kay & Linda in the rental office are very attentive and responsive, the maintenance staff are quick to correct any issues and remove snow in the winter, and the complex itself is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. For the price, you will not find a better apartment in the area, trust me, I looked. I am very pleased that I chose to live here.

I've lived in one of these properties for a few years now. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are pretty chill. Rental office addresses issues when they're made aware (a dryer malfunction in the laundry room, arranging time for maintenance so I can keep an eye on my pets, etc). The apartment is clean and bright. The a/c and heat are efficient. I really enjoy living here overall. I'll be sad when I move someday.

I've been a resident at one of Tri City Rentals communities (Sheridan Apartments) for over 20 years, one of my favorite things is once a year in the fall they put on a great Harvest Fest in the community in which I live. It's a really great way to see all my neighbors, new and old! Recently I went on vacation with my family and I had requested a new kitchen! While I was away the maintenance staff was gracious enough to completely re-do my kitchen for me, they put everything back for me and it looks so great. I am a current resident of Regency Park Apartments North in Queensbury and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the maintenance team for all their efforts to keep residents safe during snowstorms. The little details of salting in between icy cars to the major plowing, shoveling/salting/sanding sidewalks before the work day begins so residents can get moving has been phenomenal. I can't say thank you enough for how responsive the entire team is....

I lived in the Hallmark Village for a little over a year from Summer 2016 - Fall 2017 for the most part it was a good experience until the end. The real final straw was in August of 2017 our bedroom began to… get mold and mildew in the closets. Cloths shoes and even our bed was ruined. They said they would be back to clean up the mess and put up some mold block but never did. Claimed we said we didn't want it cleaned... because that makes sense. Said it was a humidity issue but never gave us a dehumidifier for over a week. We then discovered the dish washer was leaking through the wall and

I have lived for a total of eight-plus years in three different Tri City Rentals properties. I have nothing but great things to say about the living experiences I've enjoyed. Tri City maintains its properties impeccably and is particularly diligent in clearing parking lots and walkways during a snowstorm. Whenever I have any kind of emergency, I simply call in the problem and a repair person shows up within the hour. I highly recommend these properties for anyone looking for hassle-free living.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they expect their employees to be out in a blizzard risking their safety and health when everything else is the area is closed and in a state of emergency!!! Not to mention multiple travel bans!!! Disgraceful!!! .... and i KNOW no one will respond, seeing as their offices are closed today DUE TO WEATHER ....some employees more valuable then others???
