Knox Street Apartments

For over 10 years, Knox Street Apartments has been very great place to live. It’s settled in a nice neighborhood surrounded by all the things you need: A spacious park, grocery store, laundromats (including their own), 2 hospitals, restaurants and a few local bars. It’s right next to the historic Lark Street and a few blocks away from the Empire State Plaza.
It’s a quiet area with a diverse community. The apartments are very nice and the price for them are great. Management is very friendly and will work with you in making sure your living experience is safe and comfortable.

The apartments are really beautiful and spacious., Unfortunately the people in charge are incompetent and don't care about the safety of the tenants as they drag their feet on getting things done, yet complain about small petty stuff. Let's not forget stuff in the apartment is always falling apart. I lived here for almost 3 years and it's a shame what we have to put with, especially when some of us have documented physical/mental/behavior health issues and they violate our rights.

I'm relocating to Albany in a bit and came up to tour some of the communities in the area. Knox Street was hands down the best one I looked at. The location is perfect for me and the customer service I experienced was outstanding. This is definitely a place I'm excited to call home.
