Services
Because eyelash extensions are applied to existing natural lashes an individual must have some natural lashes for the procedure. Eyelash extensions should not, nor cannot be applied to individuals who have alopecia, are undergoing chemotherapy, or those who suffer from Trichotillomania, unless and until the individual has received effective treatment and normal lash growth has resumed.
The Lady Code offers a one day lash training course for Licensed Estheticians and/or Cosmetologists. Our instructors will guide you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have. The application of eyelash extensions is a highly technical and meticulous process requiring well-trained estheticians and cosmetologists to perform the procedure.

Lash lift didn't even last 24 hours !! I wanted to get the lift before I got my eyeliner enhancement done but it didn't last. I'm not blaming the tech but I will say the solution Dana uses vs what the lady code techs use is so much better. Kimberly the owner said she'd call but it's been 11 days and haven't even gotten a voicemail. If you are gonna get a lift and tint go to Dana not anyone at lady code ( Dana works out of lash code but I believe is independent) I've gotten a lift and a tint from her and she was awesome. I've since canceled my future appointments

My refill took over 2 hours. I was falling asleep and my eyes became so stressed it hurt. I didn't even like the lashes because they girl told me she was having issues because my lashes are too straight . I've never had a technician say that before. She told me this 2 hours into the appointment. I asked for volume and it was classic . I was upset after being there for so long I just wanted to get out . Haven't been back since

I love TLC because of how my lashes turn out when I see Jenn (IG: @glammedupbyjenn)! We went from classic to hybrid to volume to EXTRA volume as I began getting more and more comfortable with lash extensions.
As it turns out, Jenn has recently moved to her own studio in Campbell and TLC owner has been so gracious to let me know how supportive she is of Jenn and how to find her! (:

Kim is AMAZING. She is so confident and knowledgeable on lashes and gave me the best volume set! She is also super sweet and professional and it's a plus that the Lady Code is only a few mins away from my new place! Everyone is super friendly and extra diligent and clean during covid. Seriously obsessed with my lashes and can't recommend this place (and Kim!) enough!

I went in for a lash lift and eyebrow tint, I have had this services at some other places before but this time my lashes didnt curl up as much and the tint faded in less than a week. Was so disappointing after paying $120. And also place was very tiny tables too close to each other as I was lying down i felt I was too close to other clients... definitely not going back to this place... what a waste of my $$$!!!!

I came here expecting Full Volume Lashes. Granted the tech Jenn told me my lashes looked damaged, she gave me a very natural look. Says she tried to fill as much as she could. She still charged me $200 for something she should have charged only $100 for. Highly recommend not to go here unless you want to be over charged!

I just got my first set of Eyelash extensions with Kim and they look fabulous! I went back to work after the appointment and no one noticed. I went to my sister's house that night, and she didn't notice. The next day, when the same individuals were up close to my face, they said, "are you wearing makeup today? Your lashes look beautiful!" Beauty by Danna operates out of the Lady Code. Purchased a groupon, Danna is frustrating to get a hold of, to book appointments. She asks for texts but doesn't respond. I like to find good people and stick to them, Danna makes that impossible. I've tried a few rounds of contacting her. Ended up having Groupon refund. Don't have time to be chasing her. If you want a consistent, responsive beautician, Danna would not be my recommendation.

I went in today to get the eyelash extensions removed by Kim. She was very polite and removed the lashes promptly. I appreciate that since it allowed me to get back to work in a timely manner. While removing them it seemed like she didn't find a problem with them but she remained professional either way.
I had the lashes from Wednesday to Friday, during this time a lot of lashes fell out which made them a little more comfortable but my right eye was still irritated since the lashes on that side drooped.

I have been seeing Kim for over two year and the girl never disappoints! My lashes are amazing! I look good from the moment I open my eyes because of these beauties. I love the care my lashes receive from Kim. And , I also love that she uses gel pads under my eyes and not that yucky tape that pulls your skin .I am on Kim's schedule every 2 1/2 weeks for the rest of my life! Oh, the on line booking really does make booking easy too.

Absolutely in love with this place. This was my first time getting a lash extension and can't be happier with the choice.The lash artist and consultant patiently explained all of the options to me and gave me their opinion on which combination would best suit me, but did not push anything on me. I had to wait a month to get an appointment at a time that worked for me and it was worth the wait! Jade expertly glued 65 lashes on each side and I went for the "cat eye" look with longer lashes on each side and I love it!! The entire experience was very relaxing. You lay down with your eyes closed the entire time. It took a little over an hour to get a full flirt set.

I've been going to see Kim for my lash Extensions for almost 2 years now and she is awesome! A perfectionist and gets the job on time. Her work is exemplary as nobody can tell I have extensions on which it should be. Clean lines and no extra glue sticking around. I've had few lash extensions done from others but Kim is definitely the best!
