My wife and I have purchased a number of homes in various parts of the country. We had the most outstanding experience with Molly Barajas! She was so kind, thoughtful, charming, informative, friendly, communicative and personable. She made the very stressful process of selling a house much easier - and was extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We're not real estate people. I used to think I wanted to be one of those people who flip and swap and fix houses up, and as I get older I'm coming to a place of peace with regard to my own sensibilities and interests and abilities. With this in mind real estate transactions are both stressful and infrequent in my life, and having Kristina Lookabill in my corner made all the difference. Our home sold quickly and for more than asking price. If I'm honest, I do not look forward to selling and buying home(s) in the future. But when the time is right for that it feels good to know who to call.
