Dundee was named originally to honor the birthplace of William Reid, Dundee, Scotland. We just closed on our dream property a few days ago.
After several years of looking and coming close on a couple properties we are amazed at the hard work and support that we received from Teri and Jessica. They never lost hope and were never just trying to make a sale. They truly wanted to make sure we bought a property that we would be happy with.
There were multiple issues that arose during the sale that they put a huge amount of work into helping us resolve. They went far above and beyond what would normally be expected from a real estate agent.

Teri was the most unprofessional, rude and uncaring person I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. Her company charges 3% to use the "convenience " of their online payment system. You can also go to the office to pay, but The FIVE (5) times I went to the office during posted buisness hours no one was there.....not once. Teri took the keys to our house to make copies and after 3 months we asked for our house keys back she told us we had to pay for them, they were already ours! Teri avoided contact with us even saying she was out of town when we saw her at a restaurant! The house sale paperwork

Teri at Valley Realty is one of most knowledgeable realtors we've ever worked with. When we were looking for a home to buy in Newberg, she went out of her way to get to know us and show us properties that were within our price range.
