Phil did an incredible job for me and my two children. He is very knowledgeable of the market, has great insight, and is extremely personable. If a question ever arose that Phil did not know the answer immediately to, he either figured it out himself or consulted a colleague within Windermere and always had great answers or advice in a timely fashion. Phil was proactive in sharing as much information with me as possible, and was always available via text message or a phone call. I cannot speak directly to how Phil would be to work with selling a home, but based on my experience in purchasing one

Phil provided my wife and I with one of the best home buying experiences hands down!
