We used the NoCo Home Team to sell our home. Great team. Excellent knowledge, strategy, and communication. Would definitely use them again. While it is currently a strong seller’s market, there was no guarantee that we would get multiple offers and receive 16% over asking price, which was already extremely high for our neighborhood, historically speaking.

I really enjoyed working with Leslie and her team. Leslie is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, she explained things very clearly (perfect for a first-time buyer like me), was straightforward, and always made herself available. It s really nice to work with the noco team. Peter, Ian and Leslie are so nice. They helped me to find lots of houses and showed us lots of properties, too.
