Our situation in our home buying experience was not the usual situation. Billy and Izaela were amazing in this process. They were patient, and readily available when it came to those questions we needed immediate answers to. We had an overwhelming amount of student loans, and with them and God's will we were able to overcome every obstacle to get into our home.
