To say that Susan is everything you could ask for in a relator is an understatement. From the first time we met her, we found her to be knowledgable in every area needed to sell our home, but also warm and a great listener. She made sure every detail of our house looked it's best before she listed it. As a result we had 7 offers the first weekend. That is where her skill really stood out. She spoke with each person that gave an offer, and used her experience to determine which would be the most credible to move forward with. She then discussed those with us and together we made the determination

So instead of hosting an open house where someone could look at the property, they setup a fellow agent as the gatekeeper at the property.
You can't see it without signing an agreement to have them represent you as the buyer on the property (or come with your own agent).
I don't like being forced to sign the contract to see the home when you haven't done anything to earn the buyer's side other than setup a barrier to entry.
This gets Seven Gables both sides of the sale, both seller (Susan) and buyer (gatekeeper). I get it, the market is hot, but this is an unsavory way

Susan is a good person who is trustworthy and tells it like it is. She staged my condo and got two offers over asking on the first day it showed. Susan is simply the best. I could not be happier with how she handled the sale of our home. She knows her business and how to get a house noticed on the market. We appreciate her advice for what she calls 'lipstick' - minor updates and improvements to increase saleability. She never pushed, she made it clear that we were the ones making the decisions. Her network of painters, electricians, plumbers,... is excellent. We are moving out of state. When we were not in California Susan made sure everything kept rolling. Susan sold our FV home and helped us with the purchase of our new home. She got us six offers within just a few days and all were significantly over our asking price. When our buyer tried to pull some shenanigans she handled the situation with her usual professionalism. Helped us move away from

Susan is simply amazing to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reputable, trustworthy realtor full of integrity. We met Susan in 2013 on the referral of a good friend. We were contemplating the timing of the market and selling our first home and Susan met with us to discuss ALL of the options. Being fairly green, she educated us on the ways of getting top dollar by marketing your house to be the most desirable. It was an especially daunting and challenging task, as my husband and I were selling my childhood home (in the family for 30 years!!). It's a beautiful house in a fantastic location, but it was definitely stuck in a late 80's/early 90's time warp and needed some updating: wall paper stripped, new carpet, etc. I didn't know where to start! I do not know why anyone would use another realtor! This woman knows her stuff and is the most outstanding person I have ever worked with!
