When searching for a dentist, we "googled" the closest one to us, being new to Oahu and stumbled upon this location. My son had a massive toothache and was in a ton of pain. This facility is like the DMV of Dentists. It's very robotic and there is a huge lack of humanity. If you take away the colorful yellow wall and fish tank you literally feel like you're at a child DMV office. I assumed they opened at 8am because of the time stated on their website. So, I called right at 8 since my son was in pain. No one answered. So, I went on their webpage and requested an appointment

I never had such an awesome experience for my kids at a dentist my children love coming here and they love that they can watch there favorite movies while getting there teeth cleaned & how each room is super cute with different characters. I totally recommend the kapolei office there staff is very nice and welcoming there fast and very friendly.

My kids have been coming for a while and I have always had a good experience here until recently over this past year. I have changed my contact infomation with the office and made sure that they contact me with reminders as it is so very helpful being a busy single of mom and healthcare worker. I understand they do their best to assist but this last appointment was missed due to my job calling me in to the hospital and I did not have the time to call ahead and cancel. The next few days later I get a letter in the mail as a warning saying they contacted me via email and text which I did not get

This place is terrible, disrespectful, and corporate. All they care about are fees. Their phone systems don't work. They don't adequately send out appointment reminders and then they send out threatening letters when it it their fault for having lousy processes. I will not send any of my 3 children to this place after the letter I received. I know you love your children and I strongly recommend that you find a friendlier place in Kapolei to send them for care. There are plenty of better options locally that will treat you and your children with the care and respect they deserve.

Ultimately, waiting is hard. Waiting, sitting around for the dentist takes a long, long time. Cleanliness of the workers is in question. Gossiping because of a complaint about the cleanliness, is it wrong being cautious during this pandemic? Telling the story to other co-worker very unethical. Dentist, leaving the child in the middle of the treatment to attend other patients very unprofessional, patiently waiting when the dentist comes back. I get it she might be overwhelmed but still very improper. You shouldn't entertain more appointments if you don't know how time management works

First time we went it was good experience. Only problem was they over charged us on bill. So today we had an appointment at 8:15 ended up waiting for 40 mins in the lobby because our insurance wasn’t updated which my wife called them week before the appointment to update the policy. It’s hard because my son has been sitting there patiently to be seen for 40 minutes and even if we were close to being seen he still has to sit there even longer to get his teeth done. You must cancel an appt 3 days in advance, should you cancel day before you will no longer be allowed to make appts in advance. You will have to call day of to see if an opening is available.
Practice has change hands a few times & is not what it once was. Even workers have changed.

I wouldn't take my son anywhere else. My 3 year old refuses to sit in the chair for the doctor but even with his screaming and resisting they do their best to make sure they do what they need to professionally and still able to make my son as comfortable as he can be. Not to mention all the rooms are very kid friendly which I appreciate the most.

The dentist and helpers were good working on my daughters cavity but when I went to check out at the front desk the lady kept talking down on me and shaming me in front of other patients. Saying that we have a few no shows and that my kids can get kicked out of kid shine. How dare they talk like that loudly to me in front of other people. I did tell her she ain't gotta shame me and my daughter in front of people and put us down like that. There are more private areas to speak with me about this type of situation!!! When you are a first responder sometimes we ain't got the 3 days in advance

This place has been the worst dental experiences I've had at any dental office, not only myself but children have walked out of this place embarrassed multiple times, makes me wonder if people who have gone through my experience have been judged and treated that way also and have left feeling the way i did, which is not right esp at a kids DENTIST office you would think their would be compassion and understanding when it comes to situations with our children we bring there. very judgmental environment, they make you feel like your a bother to them, I won't be going there anymore.

All my children have been coming here since they were all little, so it's been about 7 years. I have 3 sons; 23, 16 and 9. I also have a 18 month old daughter, whom I will be also brining here. Yes, things have changed within the office like with management but we still love it and my kids love it. The service and staff are great. We highly recommend coming here.

This is the first dental office my son has ever been to. The front office staff, Dr. Tian and assistants have always been amazing and patient with my son's rambunctious personality. Initially he was nervous for his visits but has always looked forward to coming back after his first visit. They have cute Disney rooms and offer to play Disney movies as they do dental work. Today he had two teeth extracted & had no nervous feelings at all as the team is always so kind with him! The extraction was extremely quick - took as long as it took to write this review. First off as a new patient, we were sent an email with instructions for their new website so that we may fill out the initial packet. If you have not used them before, THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK. It's not set up. When I called because I was having issues I was told "oh yeah, it doesn't work yet. you'll need to use the website, print it out and bring it" -- okay. After
