Chrysalis is a ministry of Messiah Lutheran Church, A Grace Place, and seeks to be a grace place for children. We provide Christian based learning by dedicated and caring teachers. Chrysalis encourages the enrollment of children from all faith backgrounds and ethnicity. We believe that well planned activities developed around themes encourage children to learn about God, Jesus, the Bible, self, family, and the natural world.
Services
Chrysalis Preschool offers developmentally appropriate programs for infants through twelve years. We believe that well planned activities developed around themes encourage children to learn about God, Jesus, the Bible, self, family, and the natural world. Our early childhood program allows children to grow and develop spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
Children age 18 months through Pre-K attend weekly chapel in the Messiah Lutheran Church Sanctuary. Week after week, Chrysalis children will experience age appropriate lessons that are biblically solid, surprising, and have a high impact all week long. Provides developmentally appropriate activities for infants through Pre-K.

I've been attending chrysalis for 2 years (currently a Junior), and this school is life changing.
PROS
-To begin, group classes are 12 kids or less which allows for the teacher to help every kid, if necessary, and gives a chance for all to ask a question and be heard. There is always an option of taking certain one-on-one classes if a student learns best in a more intimate environment.
-This is a small school filled with diversity and acceptance, so if you are an introvert and/or feel unsafe at your current school chrysalis would be a great place for you.
