I can't begin to express the PHENOMENAL customer service I experienced from my initial consultation until the day I walked out feeling like a new transformed person!
I'm known to be extremely picky and almost OCD when it comes to my hair! However Crystal never made me feel like my expectations or my numerous questions were more than she could handle she took the time to listen and ultimately give me the hair of my dreams with my custome dyed

Crystal is amazing. She does a fantastic job with all types of color and cuts. I not only trust her with my hair but she has taken care of my entire family including my incredibly picky teenage girls and their unique requests. Love love love Crystal!! I happened to find her on a whim and she is amazing! I never once walked out unhappy or felt like I wasn't heard. I am very particular with my hair and she listened and made my hair look beautiful every time. I 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone.
She also installed my extensions for when I got married. I had very short hair and wanted long luxurious hair for my wedding day. Crystal worked her magic and gave me exactly what I wanted and blended them perfectly where it didn't matter if my hair was straight, wavy, curly, etc you could not see that

My daughter and I had the pleasure of having Crystal as our stylist for the past 6+ years. Over the years she became not only our stylist but also a friend. My daughter was just 6 years old when we met Crystal and she started cutting our hair. Crystal is so talented. She would look at our hair and know exactly what we needed. Couldn't be happier with my hair since seeing Crystal starting in 2017. Crystal has helped me on my hair growth journey and my hair is so much longer and stronger than it has ever been before! Crystal is a wonderful stylist! She's done my highlights, cuts, and keratin treatments for years. I have difficult, frizzy hair, and Crystal can tame my crazy beast mane into something beautiful. I have been getting my hi-lites, low-lights, hair cuts, Keratin treatments and great styles for more than a decade by Crystal. I always get consistent quality service. I leave the salon happy and NEVER disappointed. She is so skilled and so sweet. Spends a lot of time on your hair because she is a professional and passionate about her work. My girl Crystal SAVED my hair. I couldn't get it to grow long because of overprocessing from another salon, but she lightened me without killing my hair and it's been growing over the past year and a half. She gets my hair to the perfect blonde balayage, and is always such a pleasure to be around. If you're looking for your forever stylist, you've found her!

Crystal is AMAZING!! I have been coming to her for years. When I first came to her my hair was damaged from going back and forth from brunette to blonde. I decided to try extensions for the first time and fell in love with them. When it was time for new extensions I decided to go blonde again, so we took the extensions out and my hair was fuller and healthier than it was before we put the extensions in. Crystal was able to lighten my hair to the color I wanted without any damage and she blended the color of the new extensions so perfect no one could even tell it wasn't my real hair. I will

I have been going to Crystal for a few years now.. I've always had a challenging time finding someone that can cut my wavy course hair and also lighten/ highlight where it doesn't turn orange after a bit.
Crystal has done an amazing job and with her I was able to experiment with the new blue, fuschia and purple highlights (life changer). She is always nice and accommodating, is honest about results and gives feedback on the requests. My latest was a mermaid version with colored highlights.

This review is way over due! I have been going to Crystal for over 2 years now. Her salon is so cute and chic! I always leave feeling and looking so glamorous! She gives me the best color/highlights every time! My hair is never brassy, which tends to happen with my type of hair. I could never get the "right" base or blonde in my hair.
She is also an expert with hair extensions! Omg, she has the magic touch and good eye for the perfect color match. It always looks so natural! I get complements all the time about my hair!

3-4 hours vs 6 -7
The shop is really adorable and she has great vibes.
I've been here twice and receive compliments on my color from the pickiest of friends.
Also the appointment reminders that she has set up or really convenient for me because I'm always busy.
