Thanks to Lenka Doyle we closed on the purchase of our Cape Coral retirement home in late June 2021. Lenka was amazing. I was looking for a property from out of town. This can be quite difficult. But she found the perfect place, she went to see it and sent me a video of her walk through. My husband and I had a great experience working with Alisa & Lenka @ Cape Premier Reality. They were very intuitive and have a great deal of knowledge. We went through quite a few homes and Condo's and they were always available and very communicative with us the whole time. Cape Premier Realty was excellent to work with. Great customer service and knowledge of the area. We were looking for a vacation home in Cape Coral. We came into town for a week to look at houses but didn't find the right one. After we went home, Alisa would send us listing and go look at the ones we liked for us. She had taken the time (when we were in town) to get to know our likes/dislikes and requirements.
