I had a consultation visit at Lux Dermatology today due to my face and neck allergy. The clinic itself is nice, appears to be organized and neat. The staff at the froth desk and the doctors' assistant were friendly and accommodating. I was seen right on time. Dr. Esfahani was the one who attended to my concern and he was very thorough in explaining the possible causes, medications needed and why it is needed. You can also feel his concern for his patient's well-being. Overall, it was a pleasant visit. I highly recommend this clinic.

I've been looking for a dermatologist in my area and came according this business. I contacted them back in August to schedule an appointment as a new patient. In the beginning I had no issues with the service I had received until around maybe 2-3 days prior to that appointment I got a phone call from Lux saying their Dr. still had not started working yet for the business and they would have to reschedule me. They informed me that they have I believe it was either a nurse practitioner or a a physician's assistant that I could see instead but nonetheless I still had to be rescheduled.

So I have an appointment today as a new patient. My appointment was at 2:40pm. I arrive at 2:40 pm and am promptly told by the receptionist I'll have to reschedule because I needed to arrive 15 minutes early as outlined in the confirmation email I was supposed to receive. I was a little stunned and out of breath from taking the stairs due to the elevator being out of order. Had I not just driven 50 minutes in hard rain to get to the appointment I may have asked if the exception could be made as there three about 3 clients waiting and I doubt my filing out a form would throw off the doctors

It's unfortunate that their very first review will be a negative one.
Don't waste your time. It took me 3 weeks just to get an appointment. I had to initiate every contact call. They don't get back to you unless they're rescheduling your appointment.
The day before my long awaited appointment-- they canceled it and wanted me to reschedule for 4-5 weeks out. Mind you--- I have a dermatology problem that I've been dealing with for 8 months so---that's a no for me.

I have been seeing Stephanie Atiyeh here since she started working here even at the old location. The entire front office is so professional and timely and I've never had to wait when I've had an appointment. From the front office to the back office, everyone communicates really well and you feel really comfortable being treated there. I felt at ease and am always comfortable with Stephanie's bedside manner and love being a patient at this office.

I'm not one to write reviews, but appreciated the professionalism at this office from the start. I walked in and started filling out paperwork and the young lady up front, named Breanna, helped me with questions I had about Dermatology and with some terminology on the paperwork, I would not have known how to answer. I saw Dr Mcleod, and he made me feel very comfortable from the moment he walked in, to the time I walked out of room, and talked to me like a human being. I'm not one to go to the doctor, but this office helped my fear of that. I'm to return in couple months and can say, they have exceeded

This was my first visit to Lux, for a full body scan to monitor my various moles. I saw Alexis Elliott. She was very friendly and professional and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. The office setting is very comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. All in all, a great experience.

I love Dr. Macleod he is great and a trusting doctor. However, his practice has now been bought out by Lux Dermatology. Their practice has changed and their business model
I came in today as a follow up appointment to a previous appointment “to check the progress” this is usually not an appointment that requires payment as it is a “progress appointment” now today I was charged 100.00 for a follow up. You may want to get clarification before setting up an appointment as to follow up. I have been seeing him for 10 years pretty disappointing.

I have been a patient of Lux Dermatology for several years now. Stephanie and the entire staff really make you feel comfortable as a patient and take your skin concerns very seriously. I was a little surprised when reading the negative reviews others posted. My experience was completely different. I have been to the office three times in the past year. Twice for myself and once for my daughter. All three times I was seen reasonably close to my appointment time. I also was able to get an appointment without a long wait (less than a week wait).
That's rare anymore. I was willing to see a PA (Kelly) instead of Dr. Langsford, so that helped. When I need to get in to other doctors I see I have to call weeks in advance. I thought the office staff was friendly. I do make sure I get

I don't do reviews but if my review can save someone than I'm happy. Don't waste your time or money going to this place. My wife had a biopsy a month ago, we were told they would call us with results. Well a month passed no one called. We left 6 messages and no one called us back. My wife finally went down there to get her results. Than to top it off we got a bill for $140 because they never got the procedure approved by our insurance are you serious? Now the office manager want to tell us we signed something saying we would pay if the insurance doesn't? So now you want us to pay because you didn
