I was very pleased with the service I received. They were able to ship my boxes to Spain at a much cheaper rate than the shipping company quoted me. My boxes were packaged very securely, and yet easy to unpack. They were always very prompt in answering any questions I had for them. I highly recommend Box Stop!

Was racially profiled and was given an explanation of “Well here in America” and assumed I wasn’t American because I am brown and was told it was because “ a lot of foreigners come here” and acted as if i didn’t understand English, all because i didn’t format my shipment properly. So instead of assisting me in helping me format my shipments properly I was racially profiled. The employee who racially profiled me was Ann, Ann also refused to apologize because I “took things out of context”

I have used the box stop as a place to drop off boxes and buy packing supplies for years but for the first time I recently used them to package and ship 2 breakable items for me up to NY. I was too busy to wrap and pack and figured they would get it there safely. Not only did it arrive safely but the recipient messaged upon its arrival bragging about it being the best packing job they had seen. The care the team at Box stop used in packing my shipment made me look good. Highly reccomend them for ALL things packing and shipping A++

I've only dealt with this company once and it was over the phone. My mom was shipping me the rocking horse my grandpa built over 30 years ago. It was travelling from Lexington to Texas. I was super nervous and scared. I would have been devasted if anything happened to it during shipping. Whoever I spoke to on the several occasions assured me it would be packed as securely as possible and got me the cheapest price, even cheaper than what they quoted. The rocking horse arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. I was so happy I cried. Thank you!

This place is my "go-to" for all my shipping needs. They are so kind and they try to get you the best price and shipping options. They've even repacked a box for me so it would ship better and less expensive than what I had brought to them. They also offer gift wrapping year-round, which is a wonderful service! Would highly recommend.

I use these guys all the time to ship antique clocks across the country. They are my 'go to' for difficult-to-ship clocks and high-value items. They are the only store in Lexington with a boxmaker, so they can custom-fit boxes to your item and save you or your customer on costs - remember, the carriers charge by weight AND size. They can make a double-walled box for extra strength and protection. Not using The Box Stop for me would be foolish.

I had some packages that I had to quickly get mailed to New York. It was very nice to have a smiling face at the counter to assist me in getting my devices sent out. Very unlike other federally funded postal service locations! I didn't know what size boxes to bring so I had to employee assist me in finding just the right sizes and he was able to keep my shipping fees very low. In fact he price checked for me all services and gave me their respective quotes. That kind of service makes me feel good about my money and that my packages are secure. I'll be shipping from here from now

I really like using Mail Box because the staff takes the time to discuss different shipping methods and pricing/delivery date options with you. They're very friendly and genuine, which is what I look for in local businesses that I want to use and support in town. I recently had an experience with Hayden - a very helpful Mail Box employee. I was shipping a box to a friend of mine in Chicago. He helped me reorganize items in the box to maximize space and he reviewed different shipping options with me to make sure I was getting the best pricing based on my needs. Wow! Not really sure what to say? I needed to ship something and the woman working quoted me an exorbitant amount. I ship things weekly and have never paid half as much as she quoted to ship a similarly sized and shape package. When I asked she very condescendingly told me about shipping prices. In addition to this I had to listen to her rant about how great Trump is for the shipping business because he's really sticking it to Amazon. Um, no thanks for your political views lady. I left to ship elsewhere and I will be shipping from my usual place in the future, even though this one is more

Two guys were working the counter. The one that waited on me wasn't exactly rude, but definitely not friendly. He seemed to be put out by having to wait on me and acted as if I were a rank idiot because I didn't immediately know how I wanted to ship my package. There are stores are all over town that do shipping. Do yourself a favor and use a different location. Have never had unfriendly or unhelpful service at any of the other packing/shipping stores.

These friendly guys helped me making my Christmas letter copies in a jiff. They were attentive and helpful when I pointed out there was a line coming out in the copies, as he was fast at fixing this. 8 cents per side (/copy). and 2 cents more for colored paper. Overall I was very pleased with the results and service.
