The front desk mishandled data and bills. Never updated our insurance. And gave us a big bill from years ago. I called and spoke very politely, Nicole was answering my questions but she was not happy and patient, sighing repeatedly over the phone. I asked what happened and she said I can't tell you.
Just overall, a headache. Don't go here if you don't want to be treated rudely.

I have this one root canal that I had gotten done there and I've been trying for over a year to get the permanent crown put on! There customer service is absolutely terrible!! Every time you call, 9 times out of 10, they will not pick up and you're sent to voicemail. I previously finally got an appointment for the crown that was supposed to be on April 1st and of course I don't blame them in this instance because COVID happened and they had to close. But even BEFORE that I had so much issues with trying to schedule an appointment, and even now that they are open I still can&apos

Office's presentation starts with its owners and founders . After visiting the practice I was left under the impression that owners think just about daily production rather than dental needs of the patients. The whole atmosphere in the office was heavy with front desk changing every few months. I overheard owners speaking in a demeaning manner to their stuff ! No idea of the work ethics whatsoever . I believe every decent business especially the ones serving medical and dental needs of the patients should follow at least basic work ethics and everything starts with treating company&apos

I’ve always hated the dentist, but this place has all but cured me of that. I needed a lot of work done, and I had assumed I was unfixable. They made a plan with me, listening to my concerns of both finances and pain. They took great care of me and I’m thrilled with results. I’ve since moved over an hour away and I still choose to come back here for my dental care. Doctor T and the dental hygienists have taken great care of me and I’m thankful for all their help.

These people have awful service. Basically that place is there to take your money. First, we are told that we need to take all of my wisdom teeths out now when all of them are good. It costs so much to just take one out. The people seem nice, but they are just really out there for your money. They make you pay more than what they originally said. These people will screw you over in a blink of an eye. I wish I could give no stars, but that isn’t possible. Do not go here unless you want these people to rob you!!!

I've been going to Aqua Dental for several years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust the care I get here. Super clean, professional environment and entire staff is extremely friendly... from the assistants to the top dentists to the receptionists. I haven't had such great service in a dental office in years! Thank you so much . Highly recommended!!!

After not seeing a dentist after my horrible experience at Aqua Dental for two years I finally saw a new dentist elsewhere and had a great experience. First of all Aqua Dental told me I needed more fillings and possibly a root canal which I found was untrue, I had a cleaning and xrays done today at my new dentist and I'm cavity free and take great care of my gums and teeth! Also the dentist at Aqua Dental that treated me gave me rough fillings and they were not understanding at all of my physical health limitations. Therefore I was scared to see a dentist for about two years but now have found

This place is great! The people are friendly, courteous and very professional. I needed to get two wisdom teeth removed and was a bit scared, but the doctor made me feel at ease and both teeth were out before I even knew it. It didn't hurt like I expected. I also like how they have a tv in every room so that you can watch it while the doctor is working, it helps to take the mind off to make it easier. They were also nice enough to call me to follow up - a personal touch. I feel much better now.

I'm so incredibly livid right now. I've had work done here. An extraction where there's a piece of bone out of place. Within a week 2 fillings have fallen out. The assistant showered me with water the entire time and then laughed and made a joke about it. I'm sorry but when I'm sitting there for an hour having shoddy dental work done I don't find that funny. I understand I'm there getting this work done because there's some problems with my teeth.. But come on now, this is craziness.

Long story short aqua dental maybe the worse dental experience I've ever had. They charge you a fortune for unnecessary work plus I had to go back 3 times for the same filling!
He left a huge chunk of plaster sticking out the side of my tooth, every time I would run my tongue over it, it felt as if someone attached a small boulder to my tooth.
When I went in for the last a final time he was visibly unhappy, probably because he couldn't charge me for his own mistake. He wasn't as gentle as one would expect a

I recently had my teeth cleaned, root canal and an extraction at Aqua Dental..I see Dr.Hoang who is beyond amazing...the facility is clean and staff are very friendly...they were very attentive and tended to my needs...during each appointment they checked in with me and we developed a signal if I felt any pain or discomfort...I've had no issues...I would recommend aqua dental...

For years now i have known i need dentures, and have been putting off going to the dentist. Until my wife made me an appointment at Aqua Dental. The dentist explained everything about my treatment to me in great detail so i could understand how important it is for me to get the partial denture done. It has been a few months now and I am very happy with the results. It fits so well i hardly even notice it is there. Thank you Aqua Dental I am able to enjoy my steak dinners again.
