Dr. Nguyen attended the University of California Riverside and received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry. She moved to Boston to attend and receive her Doctorate of Dentistry from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine(BUGSDM). Dr. Nguyen performed her residency program at Boston Medical Center before she started her own private practice.
Dr. Ward's has been passionate about dentistry since he was a child, growing up in his grandfather's orthodontic office in Weschester NY, he has always loved and wanted to become a dentist. Jen is our licensed hygienist who has graduated from Goodwin College. As a hygienist Jen enjoys educating her patients and helping them improve their oral health.

Your initial appointment will consist of a teeth cleaning and evaluation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

This practice went above and beyond! I am a teacher who just moved here from out of state and I do not yet have dental insurance. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. My crown fell out and they were able to squeeze me into there schedule. The doctor spoke to me to tell all of my options regarding the crown and was very respectful and informative. Both doctors and assistants stayed until after they closed to help me get my crown back on. I will tell my fellow teachers and friends to come here!

I wish this place would work for me but I don't dare to go back. Some front desk people are not very familiar with what they are doing but the doctors are nice and willing to explain things to you and most nurses are friendly. The problem is, the hygienist tried her best to clean my teeth, however, one tooth gum was hurt and bleeding afterwards for 3 days and I couldn't floss. The second time I went, a doctor filled my teeth quickly and nice, but the instrument wore my lips and I got a white blister and hurting lips for 4 days. Also during the filling process the nurse and the doctor were chatting

Dr Nguyen and Dr Ward have are wonderful!
I’ve been taking my kids here for years. The staff is professional and the office is very up to date with all the technologies. Their Dental chair comes with heat and massage and there is a tv for the kids to watch cartoons while getting their dental work done. Coffee and water is served in the waiting area and there is even a kids play area while we wait to be seen! Highly recommended!

I came to Q-Smiles Dental Spa with a recommendation from Mass Health. I came to Q Smiles after a dentist from Quincy left me with an unfinished lower partial that was too uncomfortable to wear and refused to work on it anymore. I just got my Upper back that they had realigned and my new lower partial they made for me. These are better than the dentures I paid $5000 for at Aspen Dental 10 years ago!! I am recommending QSmile to everyone I know. Every single person there is amazing! The quality of care is stellar. The facility is comforting and number of services they offer is phenomenal. I just got my braces done here by Dr Nguyen. She was very professional and nice. She did everything really quick and painless. She also explained everything that I needed to know about the process of having braces. She always takes her time to communicate and really takes care of her patient. Highly recommended!!

By far this is one of the best dentists offices I’ve ever been to everyone and I mean everyone! Who works there is so friendly and nice they try to make you feel as comfortable as possible from the receptionist to the person who cleans your teeth to the dentist. I don’t think I will ever!!! Go any where else.
I told my sister about this place and now her and her son also go and if anyone asks I will refer them to this place also that’s how much I trust them to me they are the best…👍🏾 I must say I am so glad I moved to this dentist.

Horrible unprofessional let me leave with an infection in my mouth didn't write me antibiotics till I went to another doctor to check my mouth and they confirmed I did indeed have a horrible infection from a tooth they did not extract that is why I made the appointment . They actually left a infected tooth in my mouth and sent me home with NO prescription. They book you an appointment and call you to move or they just just charge the date if they feel like it too. The place is horrible RUN!!!

After trying out multiple places (Adams dental, tufts, bmc, dorchester house, and etc. yes a lot of places) I finally found a permanent place for my kids (11 year old who is blind and 6 year old who cries his eyes out from the pain other dentist have put him through)I've tried to stay close to home In dorchester but driving to quincy is so much more worth while when you're going to someone who knows what they are doing. And let me tell you, I am so grateful for Dr.Nguyen. Not only she's efficient but she's fast and professional and she shows how much she cares for her patients

The best dentist I have ever visited! I started going here last year when I had a toothache and was frantically trying to find a dentist who would see me. They were very accommodating and I have been coming in for regular cleanings ever since. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Nguyen is an amazing dentist - she is skilled, quick, and very good at what she does. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
