First of all. They solved my problem. (They had the best price over $1,800 better than the competition.) Second of all the staff is super helpful, I mean all of them from the office to the installers. Next the owner is on top of it.
Lastly this place is huge. If you have a problem don’t ask them if they can do it. Because I get the feeling they can do anything.

Service was pretty quick. But it's 95 degrees outside and they expect you to sit in the heat while they change tires. Then it made it even worse cause I was sick and very weak and still made me get out of the truck. When y'all do a service call. The driver not the passenger don't get out so tell me what the difference is. Yeah I'm a bit upset. Hope they do better on the service in that department. Over all. The guys at the back desk were really nice. Wesley was one of them not sure of the other ones name. I sure hope my husband don't buy tires from them again. Sorry I even talked him into buying

Very good customer service... friendly and professional. They had the 2 tires I needed in stock and got right on the trailer, I was not there longer than 30 minutes. Initially, I was only going to get the blowout fixed but the young man noticed the inside trailer tire was in bad shape. He called me over to look at it and he was absolutely correct, it would not have lasted much longer. He saved me from having another blowout... probably on my next load. The tires and work was less expensive than I had thought it would be. Bottom line... I will certainly take my business back to Dorsey Truck/Tire
