To be compliant and satisfy their secondary fuel needs, one of NYC's largest power plants installed a new No. 4 fuel oil system with provisions to convert to No. 2 oil by 2025.
High temperature alarms and automatic shut-downs were plaguing a new aerospace coating process. The resulting production interruptions were having a significant impact on their profitability. IPD was contracted to troubleshoot the new coating process cooling system with the goals of "zero capacity loss and downtime reductions."
