Would loved to have enjoyed the place, but they closed at 4:20 PM and all but one lady were gone. It would be nice if the website accurately represented the business hours. I Booked Elaine Styles To Dye 3 Bundles And 1 Closure For My Customer. My Appointment Was Booked For Wednesday March 10th, She Changed My Appointment From Wednesday To Tuesday. I Just Got The Hair Back Like This “Pictures Below”. She Never Reached Out To Me About The Hair Being Done, After Asking Her She Then Stated It Was Ready For Pick Up. When I Arrived She Immediately Said She Placed The Bundles In The Bag “She Did Not Explain The Condition The Bundles Were In” The Hair Wasn’t Dyed, Washed, Or Deeply Condition The Proper Way” All The Hair Was Wet, One Bundle Even Matted.
