We went into this shop as my laptop computer lid was falling apart, literally coming undone. Ira, the owner gave us directions exactly how to fix the lid, and even contributed the screws and nuts so that we didn't have to go purchase them. We may have had to pay close to $100 likely somewhere else if I was told to leave my computer at the shop. We will definitely recommend this place and go there if we have any other computer issues!

Don't bother. They don't return calls. I called over a week ago and was never contacted. Found someone else to xo the repair.

I was locked out of my HP laptop computer. With the expertise of the fine people at Memories IT they were able to restore my laptop. A tremendous amount of work went into coming up with a fix . They were extremely fair with their price to do so, not to mention their personalized service. I will be telling all my friends what an excellent job they did for me. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their computer fixed right.

I am nother a computer savvy guy, but like everyone else on the planet , I need these things. I've come to Memories twice now and both times he explained things in detail without going into jargon I'm not familiar with . He was courteous and fixed my issues very quickly . I'd highly recommend them
