Since he was a child he has been intrigued with the inner workings of electronic devices. Working as a professional cook and chef for over 25 years, he acquired his first pc in the 90's and made a hobby of learning how to maintain and repair it himself.
His knowledge quickly grew with avid use and interest and he worked in the field of internet design for a view years but soon found his interest to be with hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.In 2003 he started his own business and has developed a reputation as being reliable, friendly and efficient.

My PC laptop was slowing down dramatically. After a 30 minute PC checkup online, Sean was able to determine that the hard drive was starting to fail. I took him the machine and two hours later he had cloned and installed a new solid state drive in my laptop. Good to go and runs really really fast now. Highly recommend. Mahalo Seand!

Sean met with us promptly, tried some quick-fixes on my laptop, and helped me determine that my motherboard must have cracked on the plane. We found a used laptop to transfer my hard drive to for an immediate fix, or we could have ordered a new motherboard. The transfer got me up and running the same day, which was much sooner than I expected, and for a reasonable price. Sean kept me informed during the process and called while we were on the beach. Called and got a recording but didn't leave a message, as I was in a hurry to talk to someone about my laptop. Sean (Shawn?) took the initiative to return my missed call and proceeded to immediately figure out the problem and walk me thru the fix. All of this in 10 minutes, while a reputable company had my computer for 3 days and never figured it out. I'd definitely send any future business his way!

In Sedona, AZ, we purchased a new printer which we could not get to install. We called Sean Cooke on Maui....our friend from his preMaui days. He remotely installed it and scanned our computers for uninvited guests which might have been lurking. Sean is great! Not only is he knowledgeable and skillful, but he also is very reliable. He takes his time, but doesn't use up yours by stalling or delaying the work. I've had him work on my computers over the years, and he was always very reasonably priced and good at trouble-shooting. Even though I have worked on and around computers for many years, Sean has kept up with the technology much better than I did. Good thing, too! A great guy and excellent service.
