I am sad been spending 100s weekly at this deli i guess they dont value my business i dropped my salad because of bad packaging and i asked them to prepare a new one for me took the damaged bag and salad back to the store about 3 minutes later they declined to do anything very dissapointed in the service wont be going here again service is important for retention learn that...... good luck

You know that feeling when you work in the city and you’ve had just about everything to eat in the area, but you don’t want anything complicated? Just a good, reliable sandwich from the bodega? This is it, right here, in the middle of mid town. Prices don’t match the bodega, but they aren’t outrageous Manhattan cafe prices either. For $9, you can get a sandwich with some fries. I ordered a chop cheese (which isn’t on the menu) but they came through and QUICKLY!

Al's food is amazing. The selections they have are great they got hardy meals and light meals and traditional deli foods too. The only reason they get 3 stars is because sometimes they rush you and they rush themselves. By that I mean you don't have enough time to order or pick a selection, the cooks only hear half of your order and start preparing before you finish which results in unwanted veggies or sauce in your food. If I say light I mean light. If I say no onions why are there onions? They have selective hearing. It does get packed quick with locals so I understand why they want to get everyone

OMG AL’ S Deli food is amazing! I work at party city and i have to eat there for lunch every day. The staff is so friendly its like walking in to see friends. I just surprised my Husband with one of their huge cookies from the Mrs Fields section and it was truly amazing after hours of having fun the cookie was still soft and we loved it. Thanks guys, you rock!!!

Eggs, home fries, toast, French toast, pancakes, bacon and sausage oh my!
Plus all the extras you need that most places forget😐
Oh and the pricing was on point!
Maria who took my order is always great(this is my 2nd time ordering with them)! And the deliver team they have are SUPER nice! Including their managers that made sure my orders were to my liking!
Everything came on time🙌🏼
