Once a lawsuit has been filed with the court, a process server must personally serve the named defendant (person at-fault for the collision) with copies of the documents that were filed with the court in order to establish your lawsuit (Summons, Complaint, Certificate Re: Compulsory Arbitration).

Mr. Shapiro and Mr. Dale answered every question I had and also offered information about my situation that would have never crossed my mind. We had Shapiro Law Group represent us for two cases and were very pleased. We wanted representation in order to protect us from 3rd party insurance companies. But they provided more than that...they also protected us from medical providers that try to overcharge...they made sure that we weren't taken advantage of by anyone. We sincerely appreciate Shapiro Law Group. Should we ever need representation again, we will definitely call them.
