I contacted Kamper & Estrada to do a will and trust. Due to some personal issues it took me almost a year to respond once the draft documents were prepared. During that time, they did contact me a few times with polite reminders to follow-up. They were very understanding that I let the process drag on for so long.
They prepared the documents to my complete satisfaction and answered any questions I had.

My children’s father had passed away without a Living Will and I came to Mr. Estrada because the family would not acknowledge my children as living heirs. Mr Estrada worked diligently to not only prove my children as heirs to their fathers small estate, but made sure they got everything they were entitled to. He also connected me with a real estate agent that handled Probate home sells. The firm is very responsive to appointment requests for free consultation. They called me the very same day and I discussed my case with them. In my opinion the consultation was not as thorough in terms of options, compared to others consultations I've had regarding the same case. I ended going with a different lawyer. I recommend doing your research and calling different attorneys before settling on one.

Went through Kemper Estrada to have my Will drafted up. Being new to the process, their whole team was very patient and were helpful to answer all of our questions and concerns. They gave us a schedule to prepare everything, to keep us focused on getting it done, and to sign/close everything without delaying too long.
