In the unfortunate event that your vehicle has been impounded by a police department or a private property, the following is a general guideline of the necessary paperwork you will need in order to claim your vehicle. Please note that this is required by Michigan State Law and we are unable to deviate from these requirements.
The State of Michigan requires the registered owner of an impounded vehicle to retrieve their vehicle. In the absence of the registered owner, they may authorize a third party to pick up the vehicle. In addition, you must send a copy of your government issued ID or driver's license to dispatch@grahamstowing.com.

My truck wouldn't start in Schoolcraft. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Got the driver there in 20 mins. The driver was professional, quick and friendly. Had the truck towed to Paw Paw and the price was reasonable. All in all a great experience for a bad start to the day.

Car was towed and made it a hassle to get everything to get it back, we’re pretty rude to me maybe because I’m just a 19 year old kid but they told to go meet someone at the lot where my car is, but no one is to be seen. Am sitting here for hour plus and I call just to be told someone will come when available and they don’t know when that will be. Horrible.

Got my car towed across from the bar, where my friends have parked previously there before and not have gotten towed. Was at the bar for not even 1 hour and it was towed. Called at 1:30AM to see what I need done and how much, the lady said 140$. So at 8Am my dad and I went to pay the 140$ fee, but it’s now 150$ even though it’s from the same day. The lady kept arguing with my dad while he said kindly it would be nice and a good business if they would have let us know all the information before coming prepared with the wrong payment and mis information. She called us “uncommon people” for

So grateful for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE from Steven on a desperation towing need. A tow hauler trailer came off the hitch on the narrow winding Hwy 123 in Ranier National Park. We needed the trailer to be in Naches, WA for a fire response job. Though it was at night and a long haul, Graham Towing came through for us and can't praise Steven enough for his assistance in all matters of getting us to our destination and set up before he left. Tho it was an expensive tow, Graham Towing saved our butt!

We were quoted $250 to move our truck that got stuck in muck in our back yard. The guy who came, I think the owner, tried to up the price to $300 for “risk” because he got stung by a hornet. There are woods behind us and the company had come to our property earlier that day to assess the damage and was aware of our situation when the original quote was given. We will not be using them again. So unprofessional and tried to rip us off.

I had a flat tire on the side of the road and I called Graham's to see if someone could come help me out. The lady that answered the phone was extremely courteous and helpful. When I called back to see when the truck would be there, again, she was very polite! The tow truck was there within an hour. Scott came, changed my tire, put the flat in my trunk for me, checked the tire pressure of my spare and made sure I was good to go. I would for sure call them again if I needed roadside assistance! Thank you for all of your help during a stressful situation!

Worst experience ever.Ii have a video of one of the employees contradicting themselves. They told me my friend and I that we have 5 minutes to go to the ATM to get $20 in cash. I stayed to make sure they didn't take the car before the 5 minutes is up, They still took the car and didn't even have a timer or know exactly when 5 minutes is up. I have proof from my video. Just ridiculous.

My sons car was towed while the engine was running and the hazard lights were on. He was unloading car and carrying things into an apartment. The worst part is that there were several items stolen out of the car when we got it back. His friend that lives in the apartments had his car towed by Graham a week earlier and he had items stolen as well. I wonder how many people out there have had this experience with Graham. If you are towed unlawfully, you can file a police report. If you have been towed and had things stolen from your vehicle, you should definitely file a police report. This will not

They only got 1 star because leaving 0 is not an option. Very horrible service and they only care about themselves and money. I got my car towed (on a college campus with 100 other spots open) and they DENTED MY CAR AND DAMAGED MY DRIVER DOOR and are not doing anything about it. they are not helpful what so ever and could care less about their customers.

My scooter broke down and I walked to Circle K to call a wrecker. Graham's was the only one I could think of, so I called from phone at Circle K. They told me I'd have to find a ride home, as I couldn't ride in the wrecker, so I asked some gentlemen I'd seen on a porch if I could get a ride, and they said they'd bring my scooter home, too.
God sent the gentlemen on porch to me, and Graham's made sure the devil made himself known with a $40 cancellation fee.

The service here was extremely poor. The staff (Hannah) was completely unorganized and rude. My friend was told it was $150 and then told him it was $140 shortly after, not sure why there was a confusion about that. His car was towed and we waited 1 hour after paying, only for the lady to stare at him and ask what he was doing waiting around. Then we were told to drive to the lot to pick up the car 15 minutes away (after sitting at the first payment place for over an hour) where we're supposed to meet with someone to unlock the gate. We've been waiting here for an hour after being told

Very disappointed that Graham's Towing & Recovery is not following the Governors Stay At Home Order. Workers are able to leave their homes only to perform necessary operations to sustain or protect life. Towing a parked vehicle at an apartment complex is not essential or life threatening! My son took my vehicle to his college apartment to remove items from his room. I realize towing companies are making less during this pandemic and are necessary when a public service officer contacts them to remove vehicles involved in accidents or drunk driving incidents but towing parked cars during

A car was parked in my assigned spot so I was forced to temporarily park elsewhere. Before I knew it, a Graham's truck had towed my car. I called them and explained my concerns to which I got a snotty response. So I called again and same thing. I called and asked to speak with the manager but he was not in and they refused to tell me when he would next be available. So I asked for his email. He treated me with great disrespect and purposely delayed answering the emails or calling me back. So the days ticked by and they continued to make more money off a poor college student. Terrible customer

Called two times over an hour and a half period as they are in charge of towing illegally parked cars in my apartment parking lot. There were zero spots open (full of random cars) and cars parked on the grass and when they finally showed up they sat in their truck for 30 minutes then left. One o'clock in the morning and still have no where to put my car.
