These peole have taken stupidity to next level. My wife has mucus. Has taken covid vaccnation and has a rapid test negative result but they wont see her untill the PCR result comes back in 3 days. Untill then she should keep coughing all night. Are you guys crazy? Look at your data. What is the use of a test that comes back in 3 days?! Where do you guys do your test?! All you must have asked for to visit her was a photo of her throat. It would havd shown you what yhe problem is. I could have done it with my cell phone. I went to another clinic. Put your brain on.

I originally had a PocketDoc appointment scheduled since I knew most offices would be closed on Sundays. I got a call which informed me that due to the symptoms I am experiencing, it was best to be seen in-office. Perlman Clinic in Hillcrest is the only one of their offices open on Sundays. I'm not going to lie, after seeing a lot of these reviews I had my doubts about coming. However, as I got there I realized that a lot of these reviews do not consider that the people who work here are human too. The company itself seems to have no concerns and zero regard about how the staff MUST operate

I got a rapid covid test here and paid $100 for the service. I went and completed the test and unfortunately it was positive. I was told my result would be emailed in 30 minutes to me so I could provide to my employer. They lost my result, I called and called no one would help me, I asked for another test, they wouldn’t give me one. I said I am risk of possibly losing my job they didn’t care. I am at home SICK and they don’t want to help me. This is adding more stress at this difficult time and it’s Christmas Eve. Do not go here. I will be changing my physician care from here. This is unforgivable

Always love my visits with Dr.Bhalrhu. She is very professional, friendly and asks all the necessary questions to remind me of anything I wish to discuss with her. I'm a happy, healthy 80 year old and she is definitely part of the reason. She stays on top of all my health issues, if there are any concerns.

The staff at the front desk was abrupt and rude the last few times I was there and most likely retaliation due to my having complained about Dr Buchner and his treatment, ending in my losing hair which still hasn't grown back, from incorrectly prescribing hormones to me for weight loss!! Since there are 3 locations and they see lots of patients, to me it seems they have the attitude that they are doing patients a FAVOR by seeing them and do not take constructive criticism well. If there was a minus 10 star rating it would be too good!

I went here at the height of the Covid pandemic. They are obviously money grabbers as they were the only place to get a same day test. Their staff was unprofessional, I was able to play with medical gas and instruments, I have video of this. It's shocking how little regard they have for medical standards.

Received the worst service ever from a medical clinic. Tge adminstrative staff is poorly trained or perhaps unqualified.
Repeatedly had issues and delays getting prescriptions refilled. It has been a terrible experience trying to obtain my medical records to transfer to a new caregiver. Monica Perlman has been very dismissive regarding this, shifting the responsibility to the new caregiver. Addionally, requested the medical records on MyChart and never received them. Inquiry sent to Monica Perlman, but never received a response. Would not recommend to anyone.

My daughter and I had a very good experience reserving an appointment for a rapid test. What a relief to get it done! The two young women handling the process in the garage in Hillcrest were just terrific. We had a Zoom appointment in the morning and then scheduled the test for later this morning. All went smoothly and they were very gracious.

I'm glad I chose Perlman Clinic. They had the highest reviews and in my experience it's well earned. I can't think of anything negative to say. I'm also very grateful for being recommended to Dr. Jeffrey Orr. This review is really for him. 10/10 doctor. Everything you want from a doctor. An exceptional listener, smart, kind... all the good adverbs lol

GROSSLY INCOMPETENT STAFF!! The only reason why I went to this clinic was that it was the only urgent care open on Sundays. I had done a urine sample which only had my initials on it which I found very strange from the start. I put my sample in the cabinet along with several other urine samples. I had my appointment and was told I'd be getting a phone call within 2-3 days for my test results. Well on day 5, after not hearing from them, I decide to call them instead. The person on the phone says she cannot tell me my results and sounds very concerned and wants a doctor to be able to tell me

If I could give this place negative stars I would called there phone multiple times did not answer then when I got to the front desk they set up an appointment for the next day by the following morning I showed up and they tried to tell me that I must have made this appointment online (I didn’t) and they can’t see me I say I’m getting seen today, we get back to the room and all they do is check my child’s temperature and tell me we don’t see children then the doctor comes in and says I’ve been googling stuff but I can’t tell you what it is so we left and got a bill in the mail for

A decade in Naval Medicine’s care and these guys blew me away. Absolutely blew expectations out of the water. A extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff. As a patient that waited for some routine paperwork, while abroad, I saw the level of care they take for new and returning people. The absolute uncompromising level of support for these people with urgent medical needs really showed they had treated them as they would their family. I rarely leave reviews, and typically for bad Waffle Houses across the country, but definitely 100% come here if you have doubts about your provider.

Kelly Rackham nurse practitioner, was professional, listened with intent to understand and provided me with the best care/outcome to my visit. His extensive background aided him (and myself) in delivering competent advise and medical attention to a wide variety of health needs.

I was a patient of Dr. Brunst for years. As soon as Perlman Clinic got involved, it was complete chaos. As great a physician as Dr. Brunst was, as poor was the Perlman office team. To be clear, it wasn't Brunst's office team, but Perlman's team.
Constantly screwing up Rx refills, days late taking action, communication with the doctor, etc.
His replacement Dr. Kalina is great, but I've had it with the poor execution with the daily activities. Moving on to another Dr. this week.
Do yourself a favor, find another medical group to work with.

Interesting experience today. Came here because of the good reviews, but my appointment was a little unusual to say the least.
My visit consisted of 3 major red flags contributing to my 2 star rating.
1. I was called not once but twice immediately before my appointment in a somewhat frantic fashion asking me to verify my insurance info. Wait, so why did I go through the trouble of uploading my actual insurance card screenshot online when I made the appointment? Small inconvenience, but this screamed obvious MONEY GRAB that they were hesitant of me even coming through the door before verifying
