Limited membership allows our physicians and the Personalized Primary Care staff the ability to know and understand each patient's personal health care needs.
We are conveniently located in the Residential/Business district in Celebration, on the corner in a peach home (office), not too far from downtown Celebration. Patient parking is located in the alley. We are located on the corner of Conroy Windermere Road and 535 in the Windermere Village Center, behind the Tavistock Office building and next to the Chain of Lakes Middle School.
What motivated Dr. Scelfo to open this practice? A. I felt unsettled with the care that I was able to provide in a traditional practice setting. I knew that I could adequately and appropriately treat my patient's medical concerns within the traditional setting however, I also knew that I was not able to counsel and educate my patients on those issues and involve them or address all other aspects of their healthcare needs.

I can't even begin to describe how amazing Dr. Scelfo is... Ever since I met him, I have been a health wreck; from a car accident, to multiple hospitalizations including one that lasted two months. During that time, he visited me every morning, to monitor my improvement. For women with endometriosis, is very important that people believe and understand what we go through; he always did, he never doubted my symptoms or gave me incomplete answers just to get me out of his office. Instead, he referred me to multiple specialists to seek help and being able to have surgeries. His staff is very loving

My family have been patients of Dr. Scelfo (Dr. Jimmy as my children call him) for 12 years. What a blessing it was to find this type of Dr that we could call on in a moments notice. Dr. Jimmy has been there for everything ranging from diagnosing silent reflux in my son when he was first born to after hours stitches for the boys and even advice when we have been overseas in places from Russia to London and had issues arise.
It is so comforting to know he is always there, just one phone call away. The office is never crowded. The staff and Dr. J is like family to us and that is how they treat their
