Josh Beat Expectations! I’ve sold properties using other more direct flat fee listing methods. But I was pleasantly surprised with Josh. He found a buyer immediately (the same day we agreed to work together). He had an offer for me by 6:00 PM and we had an executed contract in 2.5 days. Usually when you hear that type of story the seller underpriced the property. I didn’t. I had numerous offers but this one Josh brought was the best offer. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up for Josh.
