Mike completed a home inspection for us, he showed up on time, responded quickly to our requests and communicated well. Experienced with pools, pier and beam and slab, roofs, older homes, sprinkler systems and can provide a WDI report. He provides a one and done service.
Very thorough and detailed in his report. Report was available the same day with pictures and extensive notes.
Takes the time to explain his findings and is priced fairly. I will be using his services again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending him.

My husband and I are in the process of buying a new build and we heard we needed an inspection. After reading Mike's reviews, we schedule him to look over our new home. Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience with him. I as a first buyer needed more warnings regarding to the issues that my house has.
In the first months of my move in I spent almost 20k to fixing the issue that my inspector and my agent should’ve emphasized more to NOT taking it easy!
All they said was the house is aged and it’s common! Although they knew Im a lonely woman who has no help to fix main issue like roofing and ceiling and foundation!!!
