520 on the water offers an outside space with a pergola and rustic stump benches seating approximately 50 guests. The options below are additions we provide to the client. We understand that each person is different therefor Some options are customized based on color, style and the vision of the client.

I booked my birthday party here. Judy and her husdand were very nice. The atmosphere and water front was beautiful at night. The overall party setting area was great. However!
The place needs a major cleaning-up and decluttering. The kitchen is unusable and full of junk. I work as a food service safety inspector and certified food service trainer, this kitchen was a mess and It needs a complete cleaning/makeover. There was junk in every corner. The kitchen floor needs tile. It was blackrock and greasy. The chandelier and lighting were nice but there were spider webs all over. The outdoor decks

New Owner/Organizers have made a remarkable difference.
Welcoming ambiance, beautiful site, Famous Sanford Lake Monroe Sunsets, lots of feel of a generous space, lots of parking, a fire pit outside, a hammock too, nice indoor and outdoor seating spaces, looked good.
The Chandelier picture was taken from outside, in low light condition and it is also an artistic rendition, of old film grain. To my plane eye, the inside was very nice and inviting.
I am not a consumer but I thought it would be nice to give a common perspective as appreciation of their hard work.

Vicky was a pleasure to work with and knocked it out the park with our very last minute wedding! She was a miracle working when we had a shower that delayed the ceremony an hr and then a power outage. Her… servers were fantastic and the whole team hustled to make all the details of our wedding day perfect! So thankful my cousin recommended this venue after attending a wedding there herself. Super accommodating also in terms of vendors one can use and we also found our amazing photographer/videographer (Polk Brothers), makeup artist (Marin Makeup) and DJ (Gabriel) thanks to their recommendations

Vicky & Judy did a stunning job and amazing work. We have several communication issues but more or less missed calls playing tag.
But when I tell you the place is amazing and the decoration was spot on amazing that is an understatement. The servers that were added were so courteous and were always on top of all the guest and tables to make sure everyone’s experience was superb. The location had everything we needed to our disposition.
The venue had ice, fully fictional bathrooms, full kitchen, an amazing view outside amenities and much more.
The only thing I would change in the service is

We had a rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding here in January-the venue was absolutely perfect! The owners are an absolute dream to work with, and went over everything with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The space is gorgeous during the day, and at night with the lights and the water it was purely magical. I highly recommend 520 on the Water for any events. I live in Jacksonville and I am sad that they are not local to me. You will not be disappointed.

520 on the Water was the best venue to host our daughter's Baby Shower. Judy was awesome to work with and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She was helpful days before and day of our event.
It's such a beautiful venue! We loved that we were able to do our own decorating as well as have our own caterer.
I would highly recommend 520 on the Water for your next special occasion.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! I can't say enough amazing things about 520 on the Water. I booked 520 for my baby shower and it was the best experience ever. The owners/staff - Vicky, Judy, and Don are the nicest people. They were so helpful. They were on the ball! Don was there the day of my event and he went above and beyond to make everything just right! The allowed me ample time for the setup/cleanup and even helped the process. Any request I had was met! I am so appreciative of them helping to make my baby shower a complete success. Aside from the staff, the venue is unbeatable. Everyone thought
