On hold for 17 minutes while employee looked forad assistance with my call....Forgot my 11am Lobby Appt leaving me in rain at Walk Up window, Shorted my deposit by $20 verified by count of teller drawer, THEN tried to call at 10:30 New Years Eve and got message, Bank CLOSED, when open till noon, THEN spent 4 days trying to reach someone to help with On-Line Banking...getting NOTHING BUT VOICEMAIL Regardless of Option Selected.

She has the rare gift of real connectivity with people, and you don't get the feeling that she's mailing it in when she speaks with you; it must come naturally. Olivia should lead a training course in customer relations. Without a doubt, she's at the very top of the list of best service people ever.
