Working with the Ralston team was the easiest part of me buying a new home. Christine and her team were extremely attentive and were on top of every detail at all times during the process. While the entire process of home buying/refi can be stressful in normal circumstances, it certainly was made easier by these two. You are kept informed throughout the entire process with where your application stands and what is next. I chose them for a refinance based on a referral but went back to them for a second time when I purchased my new home for a mortgage all of my own accord. When buying our first house as a young adult, I knew absolutely nothing about mortgages. Christine was available anytime to answer all of my questions and make sure we got the best possible interest rate.
