Services
FDTC is a court docket for cases of child abuse or neglect in which parent substance abuse and/or mental health is a contributing factor. Judges, attorneys, child protection services and treatment personnel unite with the foal of providing safe, nurturing and permanent homes for children. Provide parents with the necessary support and services they need to become drug-free and alcohol-abstinent.
Common primary care needs including physicals, cold, flu, hypertension, diabetes, hyperglycemia, regular checkups, thyroid issues, asthma, and many other conditions. Provides non-intensive outpatient treatment for chemical dependency; works closely with the local court systems and treatment agencies.

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay - a discounted or sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income. Meridian HealthCare holds a number of special events each year. Many of these events are held to help the needs of our patients, residents and/or staff through fundraising, donations, or volunteering.
Meridian's Withdrawal Management Program is a 16 bed detoxification center that allows individuals to detox from any drugs or alcohol under the care of medical and mental health professionals. Individuals receive 24-hour medical care and usually stay between 3 to 7 days. Patients will be medically monitored by 24-hour experienced nursing staff to manage withdrawal symptoms.

They saved my life, personally. Im through MAT (methadone)& I also see their primary care doctor and their psychiatrist. My doctor is Krista. Shes a recovery alcoholic also. Highly recommend. She knows I hate waiting, lol so she told me whenever she sees my name she grabs me asap. Recommend you ask for krista.

I know how greatful i am for Meridian i came in at 80pounds and i am greatful to have years clean. I know what matters God, My father R.I.P. and my kids i love dearly....I am greatful for Docter V. The man docter not the female docter....He listened to how i feel and he praised me for my years of recovery cleantime and all my work to stay clean no drugs no partying 🎉completing all counsoling groups and meetings. So thank you for giving me my life back 😔.....When i thought it was over for me......

This review is specifically toward Dr. Shah... do not recommend. He CONSTANTLY leaves you waiting for a good 45 mins to an hour, never remembers you and has you waiting all that time to talk to you for 5 mins. I literally get aggravated everytime I come in here. I can’t wait until I don’t have to see him again.

You definitely don't want to make this your long-term family doctor or anything of the sorts, I was in here quite a few times in the last year or two and it is connected to drug rehab unit on the other side of the building which uses these doctors that you will be seeing... The waiting room is full of crazed junkies yelling and jumping around like maniacs if you are skittish you do not want to be here... Choose another doctor it's that simple.... This is a methadone clinic / doctor's office..

If you want help and you are serious and tierd of the way you are living then go to meridian!you will go to meetings get involved is key you have to want it!counclers are great you can choose a new one if you feel you just dont vibe with the first one.Also yes you got to follow rules which none of us liked to do but accountability is part of being clean and staying clean.Just remember you can do it and never give up they help find you work a health doctor and you can get a ride to and from if you have Medicaid they pay for you to get rides an go to meetings.i was so afraid ..but what do you got
