I was going into anaphylactic shock, my mom took me to this ER & the girl at the front asked me what my symptoms were as i was swollen shut & literally passed out right there, like, what do you think my symptoms are? thank goodness there was another woman there that helped me immediately, i don’t remember much but she told me how pretty i was while i was crying & scared to death. when i got into the room the staff was great & they helped me out so much & checked on me as much as they could. it would be 5 stars but the girl at the beginning took away the one star.

Three different occasions I went for testing & they didn't see the orders. Came back to a different person who found them. Last time I needed an appointment, but when I asked I was told I didn't. All of this is very inconvenient. They need to get their system straight & better trane their employees.

Sad sad place, husband went in for a hand laceration. Wound should have been flushed for cleaning, instead it was wiped with an alcohol wipe and glued shut. It immediately reopened, and on top of that he had an allergic reaction to the glue causing cellulitis to the hand. They also tried to give him antibiotics he was allergic to, so they never looked at his chart documentation or what? He also has documentation of no pain medication in his chart, what did they ask him? Do you want anything for pain. He has no sensation in his thumb or index finger now. Pure negligence on their part. Will not be

My complaint is with their so called hospice they refer patients to. The hospice run by Dr. Lehrer asks the patient and family what their wishes are for their loved one. The hospice staff then proceeds to do ever test and give every new drug to your loved one so that they can keep them alive to make money off them. Why would any decent person want to catheterize and do a vaginal exam on a 94 year old terminal patient in her last days on this earth??

I'd say zero stars if that was an option. The care my mother received was despicable. The way this hospital is operating lacks any common sense and is irresponsible under the claims of being in a pandemic. We're supposed to be in a "deadly pandemic" and they're putting non covid patients around covid positive patients. The nurse I spoke to about this had the nerve to compare the hospital setting with positively sick people to going to Giant Eagle. Unbelievable!! She was so rude and nasty when I voiced valid concerns for my mothers care and situation. I wouldn't take my gold fish for care at this

Took my daughter there last night. Waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room. The lady at the desk was VERY rude and so was the nurse that took my daughters vitals. The hospital was filthy and it smelled. When we were called back, the same nurse just let the door go in my face. She takes us back to a room that had not been cleaned yet so we had to stand there and watch her clean the room real quick so my daughter could be seen. Still after there were still used gauze on the floor and under the bed. So again we wait! Then a nurse comes in, asks all her question's get a urine specimen and leaves. Now

I had a very bad experience at Alliance Community Hospital. My fiance was admitted because he fell 20 feet off of a Semi trailer and landed head first onto the concrete below. He was bleeding from a wound on the back of his head and was struggling to walk. The hospital staff seemed very attentive at first, but while discharging us from the hospital 4 hours later, the doctor did not go over all of the results (as in he did not tell us what the CT scan showed), so we did not know if he had a concussion. The doctor only spoke of his possibly broken foot, and when asked what to do about his head wound
