Services
Mid Cities Psychiatry specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Mental Health illnesses, including treatment-resistant depression and substance use disorders. To our clients, we are committed to provide individualized and quality care that enables them to regain hope in a supportive, caring environment.
Below are a list of services we provide. The list provides a good representation of how we can care for your needs. Please call if you need to verify whether we can provide any other service you may need. You can be assured - we have a commitment to excellence when it comes to the level of care we provide.
Our providers participate with more than 100+ payers. Following is the list of the major health insurance plans our providers are in-network with. If your insurance is not listed, please complete the "Make An Appointment" form for a new patient and allow us to get back to you to confirm if we accept your insurance.
You have private insurance and HSN, but did not pay your private insurance co-payment at your visit. Your insurance carrier will forward an explanation of benefits (EOB) for your review; the form explains the payment or denial reason for the services rendered. When I paid or didn't pay co-pay, co-ins, or deductible on my earlier visits, then why on my later visits, I'm asked to pay more or pay for co-pay, co-ins, or deductible?.
Refills request will be processed after receipt of an electronic request or fax from the patient's pharmacy at our fax #855-295-2686. Refills request should be made at least 1 week prior to running out of medications to make sure patients are not without medications. There's a $25.00 charge when a refills request to be processed in 4 business days or less.

I think the doctors are high quality here, it's their processes and customer service that have made us go somewhere else. I'm not sure who manages the office but English is not their primary language. It's sincerely impossible to understand them. As you can see from this text, we've had Telehealth appointments all year but this text meant an "in person" appt so they charged us $75 because we were waiting at home for the appointment. I'd called many times to get on the phone with them but it's impossible to get a live person - only voice mail. As a patient and customer, our time is important and

Dr. Lauren Jewett, MS, PA-C is amazing. Personable, professional, precise, does not miss a thing. She is great! I have never talked to anyone about things before and she made it so easy. I trust her care and evaluation absolutely. The office offers anything you could need in one place. I highly recommend their care. And they accept insurance which is a God Send!

I have been seeing Dr Kazi for over 5 years. She is kind, compassionate and truly cares. She has worked diligently to put me on the right medications for Bipolar disorder. I feel that she is a godsend. She is truly the first psychiatrist that I trust. I was diagnosed at 21 yrs old. I will be 75 yrs old in 2 months, therefore I have had many doctors. I have nothing but good to say about Dr Kazi and her staff. They have been consistent in their care for me! I am great full for them.

I have been going to Mid Cities for med management since May. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by my experience. Although I like my psychiatric practitioner, the billing department is a nightmare and it’s impossible to talk to a real person when you call their phone number. You always have to leave a voicemail. I have been trying to pay my bill for over two months and two separate therapists both said they would contact the billing department to reach out to me, but they never did. The only time I’d receive calls from the billing department is the day before or day of my appointment

My experience at this clinic is always professional. The staff is very polite and cordial. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. The psychiatrist I see is amazing and has help me and many others I know tremendously. If you’re not pleased with something. They go above and beyond to make it right. These ppl are true live savers. They don’t know what I’ve been through but they are helping me to know and understand where I can go in life and that anything is possible. I love the Doctors here and I will recommend to any and everyone I know that maybe suffering from any mental illness

Do NOT go here if you care about compassion, customer service, your money or the law. Unfortunately, as usual, the office staff and “billing dept” (which is really a call center in India) completely ruin the patient experience. I had one televisit with a dr and had an appointment scheduled for today. I was called out of town for work so I couldn’t make it to my appointment. I agreed to pay the $75 cancellation fee, HOWEVER AT NO TIME did I agree for that charge to debited from my account today. They charged my debit card without informing me of their intention and without my permission. I
