I've been visiting eye doctors since I was a child, and I felt that this was the best experience I ever had! I thoroughly appreciated and gained a better understanding of eye anatomy/physiology and vision/optics in general! They are the best! I had a pair of glasses that broke (they were old and it was my fault) and I was going to go in for full exam in a couple of weeks and need a short-term fix. The amazing staff there was able to find a "loaner" frame that fit my lenses and I am able to make it until I get a new lens Rx. Amazing customer service.!!! :-)

I don't wear glasses or contacts and wasn't a current patient but recently poked myself in the eye. The reoccurring pain that followed that would not subside made me realize I'd done some damage. It was after normal business hours so I started to panic a little wondering how I'd make it through the nite in such pain. Sure that I had scratched my cornea, I called their office and luckily the after hours message provided an after hours/emergency phone number. I just went for my annual eye exam for the second year in a row and really like this place. They are always on schedule and very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Dr. Flynn is great--he takes time to make sure he answers all your questions and explains all the tests and their results really clearly. I would recommend them to friends.

They are amazing. What more can I say! They are friendly, helpful, and explain everything. The Dr. showed me the pictures of my eyes, and explained them to me. I have only one good eye, and he is dedicated to making me understand what to look for. He doesn't want me missing any symptoms. Shelby helps me pick out fun frames. She tells me the price and what my insurance does / does not cover. I really enjoy them all. A+++++

My Wife and I have been going to Richland Eye Care over 25 plus years. Why go anywhere else when we are trusting them to take care of our eyes and they have done just that on every visit. They are doctors highly skilled, use the best equipment , have staff that have also been with them for years. We will not change and take chances with our eyes to anyone else. Love this place! Not only are the front desk staff super friendly but the doctors are amazing! They always go above and beyond in their care! Super knowledgeable and take their time. Even when I come into my apt with a 2 year old and a 6 month old--- they didn't seem phased! They even offered to sit with the baby while I was in my apt! Just fabulous people all around!

My wife and I have gone to Richland Eye Care for years. We always get great service. Dr Flynn always explains what is the purpose of each part of the exam is and what your options are for glasses, contacts etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a emergency situation on the weekend and Dr Flynn came in on a Sunday to make sure the situation was not serious.

Dr. Flynn is extremely thorough. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood the condition of my eyes. I was shown the results of all of my tests on the spot and told what it all meant.
The staff is very competent, friendly, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend the practice and wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone I know. Well done!

I've been going to Richland Eye Care for many years. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Flynn does a thorough eye exam and explains his findings very well. He allows time for questions and to get to know the patient's lifestyle to better serve their vision needs.
As a locally-owned small businesses, Richland Eye Care offers personalized service you cannot find from the big chains. They know me when I walk in and I have had no issue getting an appointment when I need one.

I recently moved to New York City, and had to update my prescription so I hopped into a corporate retail eyeglass chain (which shall remain nameless). Do they have dilation quotas or something? My god, it was awful...
In any case, it made me appreciate the team at REC immensely. I've been seeing Dr. Flynn since I was a wee little Chopp, and he's a really good guy. The team worked with me to pick out a pair of rockin' specs and they were really good about getting contacts for me post haste when I accidentally dropped my last pair down the sink.
