I have worked with Ken & Jeff on several kitchen remodels for business and personal use. There is not anyone better to work with. They are professional, straight forward, honest and their craftsmanship is second to none. The installations are completed as promised every single time. I cannot recommend them enough for the work that they do. We are currently working on a remodel together and really looking forward to seeing the refrigerators with their custom panels.

I ordered custom cabinets from Richwall for a home built in 2012. They were painted white and were beautiful. Within two years they started chipping around the handles. I expect this is normal wear and tear and is understandable. I finally decided to contact them to see if they had matching paint so I could repair the chips. I spoke to someone who offered to ship me paint free of charge. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear back. So I called again and talked to someone else who said I must have talked to a salesman. Okay? Amazing service today at Rich's. We were looking for an inset cabinet door hinge that didn't exist. A gentleman talked us through some hinge options in a really generous way. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable throughout our conversation. We ended up asking him to make us two new doors to modernize the vanity and have it installed. The process was really great.

I had a horrible experience with this company, they charged me one hundred twenty five dollars for delivery on my countertop sent over one driver and expected my wife to help him carry the countertop into the house , then told her they would bring it back next day for another 125 dollars, also shorted me back splash and argued with me as if I was the villain, horrible customer service, should have used Home Depot
