I usually don't write reviews and I've really been trying to hold off on this but I will probably never buy cabinets from here again. I love the look of them but I don't like the business aspect of them and a little bit of the quality of them for how much we spent. Bought some before when it was KSI and had no issues, now with the new place we have had nothing but issue after issue. Our first issue was we had to cancel three cabinets and crown molding after ordering for a different size and ended up receiving the three cabinets and molding upon delivery after having to pay a restocking fee. I am extremely happy with the cabinets that I purchased. Very affordable and very good quality. Very pleased with the customer service experience and definitely recommend this company. I currently have some pieces on back order and totally understand as this is happening with most suppliers in todays economy and definitely not the fault of KSI/Cabinets Express.

Issues upon issues upon delays and lack of communications from their team. We have had to follow up 10+ times via email and call to get responses on the same issue. There was a miscommunication on the height of the cabinets as the first thing we dealt with along with installation instructions and how to install the cabinets as well. We have currently been waiting on a simple drawer front, for over a month after it was supposed to be installed and that is the only thing left to finish our built in desk.
Would not recommend even though they had a better price. Spend the extra few hundred dollars
