We offer a variety of martial arts and Fitness classes for kids and adults to develop the body, mind and spirit. We offer instruction in Bruce Lee's Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai/Thai Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Martial GunCraft, Filipino Escrima/Kali, Fitness Kickboxing and Functional Fitness.

We offer small group kickboxing and functional fitness classes that focus on a full-body workout. Class includes hitting the heavy bag along with strength and conditioning equipment as well as body weight exercises. Our goal is to assist members in developing their bodies and minds. What sets us apart from other group fitness gyms, is that we provide a foundation of form and concentrate on proper movements in a small group setting.

Michael began his formal education in martial arts in 1997 at Princeton Academy of Martial Arts under world renowned Sifu/Guru/Arjan Rick Tucci. Michael was a staff and lead instructor at Princeton Academy of Martial Arts (PAMA) for 20 years. Michael has professionally trained thousands of individuals in martial arts, physical Fitness and self defense.
Our Instructors are here to help you in every way possible. We take pride in our responsibility as instructors to motivate and push our members to be the best they can be. We have years of experience and an extensive background in martial arts and physical training. We look forward to being there when you meet your goals.
Our Youth program is a mix of martial arts that cover the four ranges, punching, kicking, trapping and grappling as well as kali/Escrima. The curriculum is to develop the body and mind of students so they may transfer their success on the mat to everyday life. Not only are authentic martial arts taught but also leadership skills and core values.
My name is, Coach Mike and I teach in a manner of Co-operative Coaching. My best assets are Communication skills, technical Analysis and I specialize in martial arts & fitness, working with adults and youth. I live to motivate, and inspire others to be their best self. Fightng is about individuals, but most champions are forged in strong camps that bring in many great fighters.
Bruce Lee's Chinese name is Lee Jun Fan. Jun Fan Gung Fu translates to Bruce Lee's Gung Fu. Bruce Lee was a student of the science of self-defense. Bruce Lee began researching various fighting styles after studying Wing Chun and Tai Chi to include northern Praying Mantis, Southern Praying Mantis, Choy Li Fut, Eagle Claw, Western Boxing, Wrestling, Fencing, Judo and Jiu Jitsu.

One word: Amazing. If you're interested in martial arts training and conditioning, MSTA is the place you want to go. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and provide the feedback you need to keep pushing yourself to the next level.

MSTA is a place where you will learn to push yourself mentally and physically. The super friendly environment and staff will make you feel welcome at all times. It doesn’t matter what level you are on because they will work with you and how to make your stronger. As a full time working mom, MSTA has strengthen me mentally to live life to the fullest, and strengthen me physically to achieve a healthy fitness level (plus I can keep up with my young children).

Mike and staff are great with the youth program. This program helps children develop discipline, skills and confidence. I like that they have a mixture of skills they learn, but also made fun!

Been taking private lessons with Mike over the last few weeks and can honestly say that he is awesome! Communication is great, he responds to my texts right away when we are trying to figure out a time for a lesson. Really feel like I am learning a lot and highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn martial arts of any type!

Have really enjoyed working out at MSTA! Knowledgeable instructors, small class sizes, a friendly atmosphere, a strong focus on practical techniques and individualized instruction make MSTA a standout for fitness kickboxing. The instructors are encouraging and will meet you at your level - if you are a beginner looking for a cardio workout to lose weight, or an experienced "cardio kickboxer" looking for a more intense martial arts based class, they will provide you will just enough challenge to keep you motivated and reaching your goals. MSTA encourages a sense of community and this shows through

Excellent school for Martial Arts. Mike's personal and catered approach allows students ranging from beginners like myself, to advanced practitioners, to train effectively in the same classes. A strong focus on practical application in real world scenarios makes the classes far more than just an intense workout, but the foundations of a skills that can be drawn upon in life. After just a few months, I feel much more confident in my ability to defend myself should the need arise.
