I had an amazing experience working with O'Hare Autobody from start to finish. I worked with Trent, he helped me with the claim process with the insurance company. I was very hands off during the process.
When it was time for me to take my car to get fixed they arranged the rental and I was picked up by Enterprise. I didn't have to call to order my rental, it was done by O'Hare Autobody.
While they were working on my car I was getting text messages on what they were working on, and updates on the estimated pick up date.
Communicating with staff was very easy and they were very friendly and helpful

My Tesla was here for 6 weeks, and then when I finally got the call to come pick it up, it wasn’t even washed. I also waited about two months for parts to arrive before I could even take it in. In addition, they delayed me being able to pick it up by not sending their reports promptly to the insurance company that paid for my car to be fixed. I called so many times trying to check on things or move the process along and just felt very frustrated overall.

They wanted a very one sided agreement even though there was insurance. didnt give time to finish or updates. insurance agent and I were chasing all the time. they are backed up and keep taking cars and then hold them to do the work! so there is no finish date or time. only when it was close 6 weeks later did they advise on when the car would be done

O'Hare Auto Body repaired my Tesla a year ago. There was extensive damage to the car and my insurance company was resistant to covering all the damages. O'Hare had my back and fought with the insurance company to get everything covered. They were incredibly responsive, communicative and helpful every step of the way. I hope I don't require these services in the future, but if I need body work again, O'Hare will be my first phone call.

Initially they had told us the car would be fixed in a week. Then they told us they needed two more days and then when those two days were up they told us they needed yet two more days. At the end of that week they told us the car was ready but when we went to pick it up, the car was a disaster. The car was brand new and only the driver’s side was ever used but when we went to pick it up the entire passenger seat was stained. The staff is super friendly, informative, and professional. They definitely know what they are doing over there. Nick was beyond helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. At first I was not sure Ohare was the right place for my vehicle to be fixed due to the fact it was an hour away from my home. After listening to others reviews it didn't matter the distance, but more of getting the vehicle fixed correctly. Ohare is certified with many makes all the way down to Tesla which was great to see. When contacting them Erin was more than helpful to get the car booked in, set up the rental, and get everything coordinated to ensure the hassle of dealing with a crashed vehicle was easier. Nick stepped in to take the vehicle every step of the way through the repair process

On dec 23 2017 After a car accident I took my car to napleton Porsche they directed me to O'Hare body shop in Bensenville. From December 23rd up until today my car is still at the body shop and they still told me it needs to be there for another month because my car needs special cover seats and so I guess cover seats take 5 to 6 months to be ready. I believe this is bad service.

Ohare Auto Body did an outstanding job with my 2015 Honda Accord which is back to factory condition. The work they did on the fender and bumper is flawless, especially on a pearl white car. I went here to remove large racing decals on the sides placed by the previous owner. Though it took a couple days, I don't even notice any imperfections as if those decals were never there in the first place.
Whenever I called, they were able to provide reasonable updates. If you are always looking for constant updates from them, then you are probably just getting in the way of them working. When I came to pickup my car, they were constantly on the phone dealing with new issues and ordering parts so I don't know about the details of the poor review.

This place is absolutely horrible. I took my car in to get the driver side door replaced from an accident I was involved in. I got my car back and noticed air was coming in by the drivers side window. I took it back and they said they would fix the issue. I got my car back and the issue had not been resolved. I then returned it back another time to have it fixed, but this time I drove with an employee so they could hear the noise. I got my vehicle back and they pretty much told me they tried everything they could and if it was not fixed, they did not know where to go from there. However they stand

I accidentally bumped into someone on 290 in rush hour and wrecked his bumper. The owner had the damage estimated by three places and O'Hare Auto Body gave him the lowest quote. Since I was paying for the repair work out-of-pocket, the cost was important to me as well as the time it took to repair as I had to pay for his rental car too. He dropped the car off on Monday morning and had it back by Tuesday afternoon. Thank you O'Hare Auto Body for your fast turnaround and excellent repair work!!!

The guys here are unbelievably friendly. I was involved in a pretty serious accident and somewhat scared to see my car but Tony did a great job calming my nerves. I love this shop. Sam runs this place and is supper nice. Always priced great I've never had a heart attack at what he is charging me. Sam will always tell you what you need done and how long you can let it go, he has told me things several times that saved me a lot of money. I was worried about my breaks so he took a look at them and said they just needed to be cleaned up and they would last longer. They lasted me another year no problem. A great shop and my whole family uses him now for everything. Go here for sure

Took my van there to get repaired, big mistake! The salesman promised a good job and guaranteed work less than a year later repaired area is rusting, call to find out what they could do for me . I got the total brush off what a contrast from when I was initially there too spend money. Steer clear of the shyster crooks go to your insurance companies recommended authorized body shop that will stand behind their work not these whip and dip poor craftsmanship shysters

Two weeks since I left my Telsa in their shop and the work has not started yet. After first week, they promised to provided the estimated completion time in a day but did not call back. I had to call again to extract an estimated due date from them which is another 2-3 weeks - i.e., a total of 4-5 weeks of time in the shop for moderate body work.
This shop was recommended by Tesla and was the sole reason I took it there despite being 30 miles from my home. I will reserve final judgment after the work is done and if not satisfied may even report to Tesla and my insurance company to take them out

Called the Chevy dealer over on 38 and they said that this was the place that did all their body work.
My girlfriend had knocked the casing off of her side mirror and had been rear ended by someone with minimal damage.
Brian gave us an estimate, ordered the parts, threw in a repainting job for the scratch on the bumper and gave us the leftover paint when they were done in case we had to touch up something else in the future.
And they fixed the broken clips on the door panel that had been bugging my girlfriend for awhile for no charge.

I don't have much experience with body shops but O'Hare Auto Body estimated my car would need 5-7 days of repair. Not only did they finish in 3 days but they did an excellent job! Bob and Mile were very helpful. I will definitely be coming back here for any future repairs! O'Hare Auto Body is certified in Porsche and Mercedes repair and can work on any make and model of vehicle.
