Parkville Auto has fixed my vehicles multiple times. This is my first time doing a review. Recently I crashed my brand new 2022 Audi Q7. Parkville did an excellent job fixing the damage and was able to get me my car back quickly. Every time they go above and do exceptional work. Highly recommended!

Everyone here was very welcoming when I got there; to the plan, procedure, to the rental. I was impressed on how fast they fixed my dent on my car and replaced new tires when in quote "estimated" time is about 2 weeks. I appreciate everyone's hard work and keep making customers feel welcomed. It's tough out there right now so make sure anyone getting their car fixed here to be patient because you'll have a car looking brand new! Thank you staff!

My experience with Parkville Auto Body in Bensenville was incredible!! It was my first time going with them, therefore I was hesitant. I decided to try it due to a person's recommendation, he was not wrong. Alex, was extremely helpful and reassuring from the moment I walked in. He knew my exact fears of having my car fixed due to an accident and being left without a car for a few days. He immediately set me up with a car rental company and made the whole experience much easier for me. All in all, great experience. All the repairs look great. I would highly recommend.

Amazing service and amazing job done to my car. I had front and rear damage along with a crunched up hood. I got my car back within 3 days and now it looks brand new. Highly suggest going to Parkville Auto Body for any issues as they did an amazing and quick job on my car!

My car was hit by a large rock that fell off of a dump truck in a construction zone causing significant damage to my front grill, hood, and windshield of my car. Parkville Auto Body had amazing customer service and communicated everything that my car would need. They were reliable, quick, and efficient. My car looks amazing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work to be done on a vehicle.

Terrific auto body shop!!! Did great body work on my 2021 VW atlas. Can’t even tell it was ever in an accident. Communication was on point too. Kept me updated about everything. Nick Sr and Nick Jr were professional and great guys. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Body damage was done, took it in for repair at Parkville auto body, did An amazing job will definitely recommend and hopefully will not have to go back but if I do I would definitely get all my work done there. Dealt with Nick, Communication was on point delivered it at the time that he stayed it will be completed and there was no delays. Excellent work. “5 stars”

I brought my wife’s Infinity into Parkville last week to have the fender and bumper repaired/replaced. Nick and his team gave me a competitive quote, so I ended up using their services. They did a great job, car looks brand new, it was done in only a few days, and the price was around what I thought it should be. I will definitely go to them next time I need body or paint work.
